DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We bought a car from them in June and 1 month later it came up with a battery fault light. Took it to a garage, £2000 pounds worth of repairs needed!.. Catalytic converter, Alternator, Cambelt and water pump all needed replacing. It was serviced at the car sales...very dodgy as a service would have picked up at the very least that the emissions weren't ok and that the catalytic converter wasn't working. Our repair garage were disgusted that it was sold to us like this. I asked the dealer for a refund or at least for them to repair it as per citizens advice and after an argument on the phone, when he told me to take him to court, he finally agreed to give £500 towards the cost as 'good will' then tried to blackmail me by saying that we had to promise not to leave a bad review if we wanted the £500. This man is not trustworthy and was very rude and dismissive of me. We were totally ripped off and I wouldn't trust this company as far as I could throw them. Really wish I had read the reviews...they speak for themselves!

This is a wonderfully 100% Top Rank Car and Van Dealership at SWS Car Sales Ltd. Profiling the owner, Edwin, He exemplifies All that is Excellent in a Car & Van dealership. The vehicles, of which Edwin has 47 on the sws car sales ltd website, are impeccably presented at the showroom. The spec of each vehicle is 10 out 10. Every detail advertised, is totally accurate, and what you read in the website vehicle description, is absolutely spot on the mark. I spoke by telephone 3 times to Edwin, Business Owner / Manager, between beginning of November to mid-November 2022, and finally I purchased a 2nd Generation SAAB 9-5 on 1 December 2022. I was travel-exhausted when I reached Edwin’s showroom fro train travel from Leamington to Cobham Stoke D’Abernon. I asked Edwin to drive the vehicle for a mile or so locally and he quite happily did. I have since racked up 1200 miles in the 2011 SAAB 9-5 SE Vector TID4. Edwin presented the SAAB in immaculate condition. I have driven 4 SAABs before and always travelled to Reading SAAB, Farnham Common SAAB and now to SWS Car Sales Ltd to buy this beautiful Swede. There were 3 other clients purchasing at the same time as I was doing business, with Edwin. Within a week or so after purchasing the SAAB, I was just pipped at the post, by another interested party for an Audi A3. I will keep an eye on this website. My 11 year old SAAB was sold to me with 97479 miles on the odometer. SAABs engines are not run-in until they are driven 100,000 miles Conclusion, I have a New SAAB and a new Engine.
