I went to the parts office and spoke to 2 members of staff (Steve and Keelan) who were very helpful and friendly. Steve came out to my car and looked at the issue before offering a solution. I would strongly recommend customers to visit the team there for any help

Audi southend are awful, 3 days to have my car repair with a car radii problem. Did nothing the first day, had it all weekend, turned the radio off/on and that was it. Made me wait, didnt ring back, refused to helpwith my warranty. Just the most awful experience ever from a main dealer. Classic case of the bean counters being in charge and just ruining service levels,

Total disappointment, bought a A5 approuved, no service history given, the car was filfy inside. Don't know if timing belt has been changed. Will never use again.

I’ve bought a lot of beautiful cars in my time, from a large range of top class car sellers!!!.. I can honestly say I have never met a more attentive, inspiring, personable and genuine sales professional than ‘Dan Brady’ @ Audi Southend (based in Rayleigh). I will now only go to him… for good… until I can’t drive anymore, that’s how good he is, as are the amazing vehicles he procures. My whole family will now only go to Dan, enough said!!! ‘Dan’ thank you mate, I think you know how much what you did meant to me and Charlotte, you’re a legend bud!! You’re family now bud!! 😘
Worst customer service ever. Salesman was very helpful until we paid our deposit and arranged to click and pick up. After that, he even stopped responding to my emails (I sent him two emails and no reply). On Saturday, March 6 at At 12.30 we agreed to pick up the Audi A5. We drove 2.5 hours to arrive on time and then .... we waited 30 minutes at the reception for him. To our surprise, he said the car was still in the garage. Even after all the paperwork was filled out, the car was still not ready. Salesman was walking back and forth leaving us for 20/30 minutes without any update. Every time we asked him where is our car, he was very arrogant. We waited for the car 90 minutes, where really everything should be ready at 12.30. We didn't buy it because something was wrong with this car. We didn't do it because of his arrogance. We have bought a few cars in the past but have not received such a terrible service in our life. I can't say anything bad about supervisor who came to us and apologizes for the situation.

10/10 to Dan B (sales). we had issues getting our new car due to corona lockdown etc but got there in the end. Dan is a lovely bloke even though I probably drove him mad !! very pleased with the new car
The worst experience dealing with Southend Audi over and over again. The list of errors done by this bunch of cowboys. Plus stuck with an overrated heap of crap.
