Once again a five star service from Southend Audi. From dropping off my car no long waiting about. Had a phone call from Audi to let me know any issues. Picked my car up all serviced and cleaned. Will use again
I received a diabolical level of service from Southend Audi and would not recommend them.
My vehicle recieved a\ major\"service.This cost £319.00. Pollen filter not included! Wrote a list of \"faults\" on my invoice which were total lies and would have cost £3000.00 to fix. Basically engine oil which looks like bogus service history.They promised to email a main dealer service record with the correct details on. This has not been done have just chased them a second time for this which prompted this review. Main stealers a well deserved name for Southend Audi. Take your car to an independent garage."
I'll definitely be returning to buy my next car from this dealership, they know everything there is to know about Audi's and the level of customer service was second to none. The car I bought was superb from bumper to bumper and I'm going back to Southend Audi to have it serviced next month. I'd recommend them to anybody.
