Good car, good service. Purchased a Mazda 3 from Southern Car Sales in January 2019. The car was about £600 more expensive than others on offer on Autotrader, so I expected it to be immaculate. The higher cost may have been due to very low mileage, which was genuine. Disappointed to find that there was some paint damage, and the driver's door mirror was broken when I went to collect it, but the car was otherwise perfect, and the service provided was absolutely top class. Would recommend them.

Overall, just what you want from a car dealership. Not overly easy to find but worth the effort. Plenty of stock to look through though I'd booked a test drive on line with a refundable reserve to ensure they didn't let it go beforehand. Whole experience was without a hitch and I got the car I wanted at a decent price including a reduction as I pointed out it was due a service shortly. They even sorted out the road tax online when I went to collect the car...what more do you need? I'd definitely recommend Southern Car Sales
The location means you dont need to fight your way in or out of town to see their wide variety of stock, and therefore so they`re more reliant upon good marketing and service levels. Staff are attentive and helpful with queries and gave plenty breathing space for no pressure decision making. Had a couple of small issues which were rectified quickly without fuss. Happy with my car and my interaction with Southern Car Sales.
