I purchased a skoda Octavia VRS in March and am pleased with the car up to now BUT on checking the service record there was no mention that the cam belt had been changed - I contacted Southgrove and was told that it probably wasn't due yet and offered no further assistance - as the car was nearly 7 years old I made enquiries and the consensus is that it should be changed at 5 years - in view of the damage that would be caused by a broken cam belt it was a no brainer that I had to get it done which cost me £320

Very Poor. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THESE GUYS. There are plenty of cars garages out there...I believe quality service isn't in the car you buy, but the service you get if you have a problem...I saved up and spent £45,000 on a Audi RS6...they serviced it from Audi prior to pick up, faults found during Audi healthcheck, but Southgrove Cars didn't tell me about them. When I approached them about these faults within 4 weeks of collection (which total over 5k), they offered £92 towards costs. what a disgrace. Quick to sell a car, but don't care about customer service. Am now liaising with their legal team as Simon refuses to speak with me or accept recorded delivery letters.

Really friendly staff at Southgrove Cars, informative and helpful, never pressurised and really good conditioned cars to view. Car bought for son , new driver great deal and a good car.

Very happy with the deal i got from Southgrove Cars, the salesman was very pleasant and not pushy at all, I've had the car for 2 months now and its been fantastic,I'm don't normally leave reviews but these guys deserve one,they were fantastic.

I would absolutely recommend this dealership! I purchased my Passat from them In January and it's been brilliant. I have had no issues with it at all. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and able to answer all of my questions. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car and a great car buying experience.

The best thing about this dealership is that they don't try to pressure you at all, they just let you have a look around and then when you need help they will give it to you. They are really helpful and friendly and my experience with them was brilliant from start to finish. I bought a Mitsubishi Shot Gun from them in September for a really good price and it was absolutely immaculate. I would very highly recommend Southgrove North West.

Really good service from Dean at Southgrove! I am really happy with my pathfinder. They have been able to answer all of my questions and I have had no issues with the car at all. It was a very good price and just as it was described online. I have no complaints at all
