On 10:9:24 my B Class was booked for a service at Mercedes Southport via the Mercedes online booking service. On arrival I was told that my car didn’t appear to be on their system and courtesy car was not available for me to use. The manager informed me that he would be able to do the service and he would arrange for a member of his staff to take me to and from my place of work. This was amazing service and was handled in a very respectful efficient manner. I would like to thank all the staff involved. That’s what I call ‘Going the extra mile.’
I had an issue with my car and all the staff were extremely helpful from the moment I came in to find a parking space, to the second I left the door. A lovley and knowledgable lad, Fin greeted me and parked my car and I also sat with him to ask a few questions about a new car. I was greeted and treated with the most respect and each staff was so attentive and knowledge. Never been to a dealership like it! Most impressed. Thank you Mercedes Benz of southport!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used Mercedes-Benz AMG E53 Coupe from Mercedes-Benz of Southport, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Harry was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure I found the right car for me. None of the usual rushing or pressure that you get at many dealerships. By far the best car buying experience I have had. After sales has also been great, had a couple of minor issues that were sorted immediately and have had no problems since. All in all I couldn't be happier with the purchase and sales experience. Harry was outstanding and I would definitely go back. If you're in the market for a new car I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Southport!

Called in today for spare part, found staff very friendly . Emma on the desk makes you a very nice cup of coffee . Seems to have moved onward and upwards from the old Road Range establishment.
arranged a recall appointment i never received a confirmation email in fact had to call customer service 2 times myself , after a 90 minute drive was told i needed my driving document's of course i had no email so was unaware of required details , No sign of apology or desire to reconcile the matter Totally inept company stay away

I had a service agreement already with Mercedes of Southport so I already knew that the standard of customer service was good, I decided to buy my new car from them and from beginning to end it was a great experience, so thank to Stewart for taking care of everything for me and for going the extra mile
