I visited on 21 Mar to see a mecedes gla I had seen on Auto Trader. I was so disappointed with the actual car - price still displayed as £700 more than on AT, vehicle not even prepped for sale - cracked rear light, other one had condensation in, all alloys scratched as car has been curbed, body full of scratches and damaged paintwork, tyre repair kit missing items, driver seat leather needing treatment as peeling and to top it all has been damaged whilst on their forecourt with front bumper replaced (obvious different colour) and not even put together correctly + cracked number plate and headlights not aligned (check your photos on AT to see how looked before if not sure how to put together). Not what I expected of a 2.5 year old car that is being advertised for sale. I thought the price was reasonable to reflect higher mileage but not for the condition of the vehicle. BTW I was a cash purchaser ready to buy the right vehicle but will now be taking my money to an approved mercedes dealership who can be bothered to present their vehicles in a saleable condition.

Just bought a Nissan Qashqai from Southwick Car Centre, they seem to specialise in one owner cars with low mileage. My new car has only 20,000 miles and I couldn’t find a better value one. The staff were really helpful and there was absolutely no pressure which I loved. Would definitely recommend.

If you are thinking of buying a car from Southwick Car Centre...be very careful. Make sure you get an HPI check and check everything possible on the car. I would go as far as to say..Don’t trust them!!!

Our finance company arranged a test drive at Southwick Car Centre for the afternoon at 3.00 we live a 2 hour drive to southwick garage we had to hire a car on the morning to get there . So off we set and about 18 mile from the garage our finance company rang and said they have sold the car, what a waste of our time and money for hiring a hire car they are a disgrace . We wasn't even late for our test drive slot and they knew how far we had to travel 0 stars from me.

I bought a Honda civic from southwick car centre, travelled nearly 2 hours to get there, car was dirty hadn't been washed but interior was clean, had just enough fuel in it to get to the nearest garage, at no point did anyone tell us most of the cars are ex mobility until paperwork was signed, and no logbook present, on way home had a puncture and I know my fault as I didn't check before we left garage no spare tyre or jack or puncture repair kit cost us £200 call out and tyre, crap for a 2014 car, rang dealer to be told repair will be sent still waiting 2 months on, could understand with a £1000 car but a £10500 car rubbish

Went to pick up a car I had paid nearly £11,000 for and the car had a flat battery. I had also arranged for the car to be taxed prior to collection but this wasn't done. Had arranged to pick the car up on the 1st but they then tried changing the day as they were understaffed on the 1st, since been told shortage of staff was the reason they were unable to tax my car.
