I brought a car from the Havant dealership. None stop faults and repairs since I have had it. Its cost me thousands to make the repairs. Days of my time to get the repairs diagnosed and repaired. Never buy from there again.
They hold me 200£ for viewing a car, I went to see it and it was a faulty one, I've found like 4 faults on it. And when I told them I found another car which by the way was way better and cheaper being exactly the same model, they told me that they can't refund me the 200£ back as they've made it part of deposit for the car transaction. That happened without me to confirm that I want to buy their car. I am sorry that I was to busy after that and I didn't call police on them tricky bastards.

To date the car purchased has had no problems so I am so far very pleased with it. If in future was looking to buy another car I would have no problem returning to Sparshatts purchasing from them again.

I had every intention of purchasing a car after viewing it on auto trader. When we arrived at the garage, it was apparent that there were several issues with the car. The salesman dismissed them all. That wasn’t the worst part. Throughout the half an hour we were there, he was personally offensive to us and spoke to us appallingly. I test drove the car with NO PETROL in it, and when I asked if he would put petrol in it if I were to buy it, he said “if we were to do that we wouldn’t make any money”. Along with several comments. The branch manager then proceeded to be aggressive towards us when we reported the comments. I’ve since purchased the same car from another dealer for cheaper, with good customer service, and more benefits included in with the deal. Never again!
Don't buy a car from them. After sales service is disgusting!!! Car I bought turned out to be faulty. Had to get multiple issues fixed. I was without a car for a week. After paying 12k on the car. Invoices were all manipulated.

Worst dealership I have stepped foot in. Unprofessional salesmen, half of them do not seem to know what they are selling or talking about. The communication is poor and they messed me around. Quotes false pricing, then tried to do a 'deal' where they would add paint protection and T-cut chipping, this was not done and the 'chipping' they completed (which was 1 chip out of 8) could have been done better by a toddler. Over charged me and stated 'sort it out another day' when I advised they overcharged. They were very fast talking and wanted the money and me out the door. I would not recommend them to anyone!
*** BE WARNED *** **WARNING** we purchased a 14 plate Audi A3, from Sparshatts Group Havant. Unfortunately for us, we had our finance taken out with BLUE MOTOR FINANCE. On the day we looked at the car we noticed a problem with the entertainment system, the sat-nav would not retract into the dash. Sparshatts Havant agreed in writing to rectify the issue, 2 weeks later they took the car back for just over 1 month to repair it, as it seemed by far more serious than just a fuse. They offered us a courtesy car which we declined at first as we still had our original car, but the Sparshatts were quite insistent they supplied us a car as part of there customer service. On the return of the car, the entertainment system failed within 10 days. The car was returned to Sparshatts Havant and rejected. by this time we had made 2 payments towards the car. I contacted BLUE MOTOR FINANCE to inform them that the car had been rejected and Sparshatts had informed me to cancel the direct debt as they would clear up any issues on the finance, which it turned out the Sparshatts hadn't done so. I was then made to make a payment on the 24th Dec 2019 by BLUE MOTOR FINANCE to avoid a default of payments, even knowing I didn't have the car anymore. I was advised that I would get the money back after Sparshatts had refunded them. SPARSHATTS has cleared the finance in full, I have spoken to BLUE MOTOR FINANCE to ask when I would be refunded to be told that I am not going to get my money back due to the Sparshatts supplying a free courtesy car. I WOULD OF MARKED THIS AS A -5 STAR IF I COULD. The ball is now rolling with the CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974 and CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 along with the TRADING STANDARDS / OMBUDSMAN.

I have never dealt with Sparshatts of Havant, less professional in my life. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish if you can call it finished. Total cowboys. I have been lied to and mislead for the last month. Once they have your money, that's where the customer service ends. Constant calls to them felt like banging my head against brick wall. I'm still owed £300 worth of equipment. No SD card with the car although it was advertised with one and I was promised it came with one before signing. They tried to fob me off with an Ebay knock off which they ordered when they couldn't find the original. The manager said they use these for most of their cars there as it saves them money....god knows what happens to the original cards of other cars too. When I approached the car manufacturer, they said using knock off SD cards could lead to problems with the cars electrics..It also clearly states that 3rd party cards should not be used in the car manual....I made it clear that this was the case. After a while of frustrating conversations I thought I had a breakthrough, they agreed to order me an official SD card from the manufacturer....After 2 weeks of chasing them and being lied to, the SD card came. Great I thought.....Where was it from...Ebay! Take your money elsewhere. Dealt with them for the last month and have got nowhere. complete waste of time. Still wasting more time trying to warn honest hard working customers about them. It seems very hard to leave bad reviews on Autotrader. I can only assume that this is why Havant Sparshatts have such good reviews on that site. Dig a little deeper on other review sites and you will see the truth. Plenty of customers out there with bad experiences with these guys. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
