We had a fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble. Gave us a great price for our old car. Would definitely recommend Sparshatts of Havant

Purchased a car off Sparshatts of Havant and handed over a deposit. This took a while as they try to add on so many extra warranties/paint protection rubbish etc. Only the next day did I decide the car wasn’t for me, so the car had only been taken off sale for less than 24 hours. Dealership didn’t refund my £500 and wasn’t interested in my situation, and now I’m down on £500. This dealership is only interested and not it’s customers.

Great car, quick.service, felt like you where buying a new car. Bought a lovely Jag from Sparshatts of Havant, still as good as the day I bought it from them. Highly recommend. Take negative reviews with a pinch of salt, after all you are not buying a brand new car! If you want 99% reliability buy a brand new car for 40k not 4k, I spent 12k and very happy.

Should of learnt the first time!!! Second time I’ve purchased a car from Sparshatts of Havant branch and the customer service has been rubbish. The latest car we’ve purchased had problems 3 weeks after we brought it and they avoid all contact. Was told someone would call back,they didn’t. Eventually after persistent calls they took it to there garage and was told the car is absolutely fine and nothing wrong with it. The car was looked over by a mechanic prior to this and he told us that theres something wrong with the gear box and gear change. I’m currently seeking legal advise. Please save your money and purchase elsewhere. Aftercare is shocking and never follow up calls leaving family’s stressed and driving an unsafe car with young children. Shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought Audi q3 from Sparshatts of Havant,on way home car was shaking at certain speeds took to quick fit to have balance and tracking corrected.while there was told two of tyres were dangerously repaired one filled with foam,one had two inch split with puncture repair on tyre wall,they showed me the tyres whilst on the car,so they were replaced,sent bill to Sparshatts,had to chase them,said they knew nothing of tyres but would pay for tracking and balance which was£99.95. I sent them the bill. Got a cheque for £27 as Sparshatts said the rang quick fit and this is what it cost.complete rubbishy this problem has cost me £350, after paying £14503,full asking price.disgusting way to treat me,plus the car was dangerous to drive.

The administration was spot however the car had 10 lb in the front tyres on collection due to slow punctures it was advertised and pictured with expensive fiat option stripes which were taken off as you could see where they were on the paintwork drivers seat belt doesn't operate properly not really happy as would have to drive 100 miles to get punctures sorted etc. Quite poor by Sparshatts of Havant.
