Picked up an M3 last week, an excellent car, an excellent experience and I will be looking to them for aftercare. Also a good price for Part-ex. They seem a fair bunch to me.

Having recently bought a new X3, we needed to return the car to have the trims replaced as they were all tarnished. The first time they forgot to order the parts. the second time they only ordered part of them and miss-fitted the ones they add so it whistled like a music instrument. The third time they said it was our fault we must have washed it in some corrosive substance. Shockingly bad after service. Never buy a car from Specialist Cars Tring BMW!!!!

Bought a BMW M4 from Specialist Cars BMW Tring.... paid upfront...thought id be able to drive it away.. I was lied to saying that the car wasn't ready and that i had to pick it up the next day... two days later i was still listening to their BS... when they delivered my vehicle they had the cheek to give me the car with gloss black wheels... when it was two tone color.. anyway i realised that the car had scratches and touch up paint all over when i pointed them out their answer was "oh yeah we can fix those issues" guess what... "smart repair" the car was in gloss white colour and yes it ended up looking matte white in some places... their response was.. well if we fix it properly we won't make any profit.. i was gobsmacked by their wonderful customer service... exhaust was faulty... called up bmw headoffice and they are just as bad by responding "you have to go back to them and sort it out with them" but they are franchising you?! Maybe both of you are misleading customers? Anyway you have a greater chance at auction rather than "NOT SO SPECIALIST IN CARS" and definitely no more bmw for me.

Really happy with the way Specialist Cars Tring BMW deal. They have a very personal approach and always look after you. I have been using them for a few years now and each time I left the dealership with a smile on my face. I even got a new car and the whole experience has been amazing. The salesman was Zame who followed up frequently on how I was getting on with my car which makes you feel really valued as a customer. I had a very awful experience with the previous dealer and was very hesitant when i made the switch but I am pleased that I moved to these guys. Very happy... The staff are very friendly and look after you. Highly recommend Specialist Cars Tring.

Hello I'm cheesed of with bmw cow roast tring again as my x5m50d which is in for a rattle in the back and a earthing strap that fell of to my expense my complaint is that the loan car was a 220d front wheel drive which I hate no other car was offered so they gave me a lift home , I now at my expense have to hire a car more suitable to my needs ,and have to waist my day trying to find a car also a lift back to dearlership thank you cow roast bmw for the after care that you don't get . Disgusted will find better dealer as from now

Very Satisfied customer. I brought my car from a salesman Ashley Nugent, an absolute pleasure to deal with, very proffesional very polite and not a pushy saleman as they can be at times. I had many questions of course spending so much money and every question was answered and all promises delivered. I would recommend you to anyone buying a new/used car, Your team who were all very polite to deal with. It was a pleasure.

Car purchased had a chipped windscreen, when I requested the paperwork to say this had been repaired I was told that it had not been repaired. They deemed a chipped windscreen likely to crack further in cold weather both safe and acceptable for a £30,000 car with only £16,000 miles on it! Sales manager didn't seem to care, no apology, no offer of resolution in terms of repairing the screen. Absolutely disgusted with the standards and service from this dealership. Happy to take your money, don't care the minute they've banked it. Avoid Specialist Cars in Tring at all costs.
