I recently purchased my 320d M Sport and on the face of it things seemed fine, until I visited a local dealership of end of warranty check. The car needed a new set of tyres, front pads and discs along with rear pads all of which I've had the privilege of paying £600 pound for. I have tried to raise this with the dealer principal however in 5 months I've been advised he's too busy attending to "group responsibilities" Tony Murphy (manager) and Jason Osbourne (manager) have been full of excuses and dismissed the fact that I was never advised I was buying an ex fleet car or given any indication of tyres/breaks condition They even delivered my car with an empty fuel tank! I'm pleased to say that BMW quality standards team are now investigating my enquiry and urge anyone dissatisfied to do the same so this dealership cannot get away with any further examples of this level of service.
