Trust me folks keep away from Speedway Motorcycles. Ripped off for £220.00 by Matt. (Sales). Quoted £1.100 for my part ex. Then only offered £880.00 when the deal was done. Does not return phone calls. Has been reported to Ombudsman/ Finance Company.. only interested in your money. Go else where for your Bike and Accessories. Shame on you Matt!!!!!! Other reviews have been left.

Just purchased a new lexmoto Titan love it , they were faster than they said they were going to be for delivery and the staff were more than helpful
Ive been waiting to do this for a long time... My entire experience was poor, ill sum it up: Bad customer service. Only care if they get paid. Any chance they can get, they'll charge you extortionate prices for a stupid little fix (mostly a manufacturer fault, or theirs, but hey they're never wrong...). FINAL STRAW - Backstory: Said they sent me a service sheet through email, and it was on their system. My bike had just completely broken down on the road so I had to get it delivered to their shop (this time I didnt have to pay their silly price of £50 to deliver it to Cannock as it was a non-runner). I wait a few days and they call me back whilst I'm on a short holiday, saying that its fixed (didn't exactly tell me what was wrong with it) and that they just took it apart and put it back together... they said that it isn't covered by warranty because I haven't taken it in for my next service (2500 miles, it was around 2650 at this time). I argue saying that they never sent me a service sheet, and we go back and forth until the man on the phone snaps at me "listen mate, i'm not going to go back and forth with you. We sent you the sheet, its in our system, so you'll have to pay it." And then continued to be sarcastic and closed the call with a sarcastic "bye then". The sheet was not in my emails (which was the correct email), but hey like I said they're always right... When I travelled all the way to Cannock, I decided on the way to forget about asking for the service sheet as I knew the reply and where it would leads, so instead paid just under £100 (overall around £300 in 6 months to fix all of the manufacturer problems with this stupid Brixton SK8). I decided to never use them again, and I am so happy that I make that decision. AVOID this place and avoid Chinese bikes in general. It's a 50|50 chance to get a good bike. Go and buy a second hand Yamaha or Honda... you'll be a lot happier! They're all jokers
Reported to Motor Ombudsman. Avoid cowboys! Asked for refund over phone was laughed at! Took my tyres to be fitted on 18th november After waiting around for 2 hours. Both tyres were not on the rim so I ask for them to be sorted, after another 20mins I was told there the wrong tyres (they wasn't they were 1/1) then they decided that it wasn't there problem and I had made a mistake ordering the wrong size but there fine just be abit bumpy that's all and to try heating them up and that should help. So I took my wheels straight to a proper moterbike garage and there were disgusted in how badly they fitted to the wheels and said there illegal, they had a inner tube inside a tubless tyre/rim and both tyres weren't on the rim. Took them all of 5 minutes to refit them they couldn't stop laughing at how bad these guys actually are. I have proof of all this picture's and recording sent off to Ombudsman :)
Brought a UM motorcycle from them that could of killed me. I rang several times telling them this & they said nothing to worry about it might be a slight worped disk. Had washers missing from the stearing & had to be taken of the road & repaired. Also had an oil leak from the gear selector sensor. Sent photo's of oil leak & of the split O ring but was in denial about it. The photo's dont lie like Speedway Motorcycles. Sent bike back at cost of £350 & asked for refund but refused. The also blamed Lexmoto saying they put it together but Lexmotor never put it together. Speedway motorcycles put it together. It shouldent of passed a PDI. I wouldent touch them if you want to live!!

Amazing how you waited to leave this Vernon, probably hoping we would forget about you. You make out like we brushed you off, which is an absolute lie. We got a courier to arrange to collect your bike completely free of charge at no cost to yourself to inspect it, and you turned the driver down. You arranged your own courier which cost you money which is your own fault. Your bike arrived to us with a leak on the oil seal which we sorted, however you were unhappy and wanted a refund to which you got. As frankly we didn't want to deal with you any more. And then hilariously we were contacted by Lexmoto months later regarding yourself as you were trying the exact same aggressive behaviour on another dealer. We always remember the idiots.

You brought the bike back for a lose to me & not a full refund. Also you said their wasent an oil leak yet i sent photo's of the leak. Also their was a problem with the stearing that could off killed me. You also said it was a warped front disk but it was the faulty stearing. Yes i did go to Lexmoto as you said they put the bike together but they told me it was Speadway Motorcycles that put it together.! Also i have the report from Ford & Ellis motorbikes that looked at the bike & told me it was not safe to ride as the stearing was so bad so went to went for repair.
Well what can I say bought a brand new bike for over £2000 and has had nothing but issues from day one then to tell me that I have to pay to send it back to get it looked and told only will they repair it free if under warranty its done over 300 miles and is not fit for purpose I will be sending a nice email to trading standards because I paid 2000 cash for a bike that does not work I am absolutely disgusted in the way I have been treated baring in mind I have given options to come collect the bike and fix it free of charge or come and collect bike and refund money or I will personally drop the bike back and they can give me a refund and when the rely went everything was rusted under the seat THIS IS A Brand NEW BIKE HOW CAN IT BE RUSTED THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE CNAT WAIT TO GET ON TO TRADING STANDARDS MONDAY MORNING

My old bike got stolen in the middle of Covid. As a key worker I relied on my bike for work so needed something ASAP. Speedway got me a bike ready in just 2 days. Thanks guys for all your help.
Wouldn't even give one star!! I've never been so rudely treated in my life!!!! The owner is an absolute moron and doesn't have single clue on customer service as soon as we turned up not one person came to speak to us left us waiting for ages and we are first time buyers not too sure on what we were looking at after waiting for such a long time the lady just grabbed the bike and left us with no sale skills. The owner was such an arrogant prick boycott this firm how can a company be still in business I suppose it would be different if we were looking at a band new bike. we were about to spend another 500 on something different as what we went to look at was slightly not what we thought as it was cat n again like I said we're first time buyers so we weren't quite sure but not one bit of help was given just an arrogant silly little man I seriously hope people read this and think twice about buying from them. I've never met such a small minded man thinking he's all that. He seriously needs to take a sales and customer service lesson. As people who needed that little helping hand on what we were buying I've never been so outraged in my life he came out with his arse in his hand being the most cocky twat Ive ever met. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place don't waste your money on someone like that there are more small businesses that deserve it not some little big man that thinks the world owe him something. What a tosser never buy from here! Funny he wouldn't even let us have a word in just waved us off as he wasnt happy that we didn't like what we saw and lied to us about taking the bike off the market. I really hope he gets what he deserves karma is great!

We remember you well, its most likely his mom leaving this review as when you left we remember you screaming wait until you see what I write on the Internet. You purchased a Honda CBF 125 that we informed you of and you saw on the advert as a CAT N. You asked us to hold the bike to which we explained no as we had lots of interest in the bike. Only a deposit would hold the bike as it would then be sold to you. You agreed as you wanted the bike and didn't want anyone else to buy it. A week later you arrived and had your "mechanic" inspect the bike. You then decided to try and get insurance and decided that you didn't realise it was a CAT N, even though it was clearly advertised that way and you were informed of it over the phone. You then demanded a refund of your deposit, we explained we don't refund deposits as we explained we had turned people away who wanted to buy the bike. However we gave you your deposit back. At that point you decided you wanted to look at another bike, you could have told us that before wasting our time sorting a refund we could have just moved the money onto another bike. It was at that point due to your argumentative behaviour that as a business you had messed us around that much, that we made the choice we did not want to sell to you. The reason you are so angry is you drove a long distance and wasted not only our time but your own and didn't like being told no. We as a business didnt nothing wrong, we were polite and Professional. We refunded you and simply acted in our best interest to not deal with you. Safe to say the next day the next day the customer who we were originally made to tell the bike had sold, was delighted to hear they could have the bike. All the best! Speedway Team

Firstly i would like to start by saying how childish you actually are. His mother did not write the review as pathetic as you are that is simple not the case you are trying to make yourself 'look' the professional business that you clearly are not. By saying I screamed at you saying I will put this on the internet is quite frankly rather amusing when I said that to you in a normal voice due to how were pathetic you were being and yes I am having my say as i feel sorry for the people who have dealt with you in the passed i have read many bad reviews on the internet about you business and you always come back fighting your corner with absolute lies. I have seen the one about the poor little boy with learning difficulties whom you treated like garbage!! . Also i would like to add yes your advert stated CAT N but we had missed this as it was at the bottom of the add not really being advertised as such as a CAT N. It was my partners first ever bike so actually we didn't actually know what a CAT N was (hence why we rang the insurance company to see what is actually meant) but unfortunately you couldn't be bothered to come out and help us and talk to us about the bike, if you had this would be a completely different story on one hand as we would of ended up all being happy and buying another bike off yourself but the other you were far too rude and have twisted this story to suit you and the face of the business. The refund was never told to us also was never demanded at all yes the mechanic came with us to help us as like we explained WE HAVE NEVER BROUGHT A BIKE BEFORE!!! I am still in shock of how you acted that day and how you have came back and lied to us and the public. I really feel sorry for people like you all that was needed was for you to apologies not make up a story. Have you ever heard the customer is always right? I find it funny how you believe us travelling to you pissed us off when it really didn't that wasn't a factor in this it was purely how rude you were and your staff i stand by what I put in my last statement as it's very true and i'm glad i came to the internet it's a powerful thing and even if it stops one person coming to you then ill be happy as no one should of been treated the way you have treated us. I have ran a business since I was young and no once have I ever treated a customer like the way you have treated us and other people I have seen and before you try and act funny and a big one no i'm not a hair dresser I am an electro plater so yes I know how businesses are ran. This is far from the point I am trying to make and I could tell the correct side of the story again and again but never the less you think your a big person by the way you commented back but to me you look as ridiculous as the day I met you. Also to your comment about our behavior couldn't be more far from the truth we were very polite to you and your staff and if you didn't go into a huff and a puff like my 5 year old niece does then you would have known we wanted to keep looking plus if you had spoken to us in the first place! also we never wasted your time if that's the case you really shouldn't be running a business selling things, as people do need advice and help. The distance we traveled (wasn't that very far) and our time has nothing to do with us being upset and shocked by you that wasn't anger at all, I am cheesed off as I have seen so many angry comments about you and your 'team' and you lie every time to cover your butts but to say you were polite and Professional is extremely far from the truth even before the CAT N and refund you never spoke to us until you got your ass in your hand you send your not helpful minions I am sure we would of had politeness and Professionalism if we waved money and brought something that wasn't right for my partner.Regards to the other customer comment you didn't have to tell him it was sold if he came before us! Also you made a comment about taking it off the internet which was another lie you were caught out on as we were watching it!. I am glad you sold the bike and I am happy to say my partner brought a better bike more expensive but better from the nicest genuine bloke I've ever met and it was saddening to hear he knew all about you and your poor temper and horrendous customer services skills by yourself and your staff. I truly hope one day you may tell the truth and act like a gentlemen. Also it's nice to hear you remember me :) A tip for the future lairs never prosper. All the best!!

You are entitled to your opinion, albeit false. You say you received no help, no conversation from anyone. Yet Matt stood outside and went over the bike with you and answered the questions that yourself and your mechanic had about the bike. He only left you when you started to make a phone call, did you want him to hover by your side whilst the phone call was being made? At any point after that 3 members of staff were available to answer any questions. However they all kept their distance from you as we were in the middle of a lock down under strict government guidelines. Hence why no one stood by you the whole time. The bike was brought out to you and then we left you with it to look round. If you see that as rude and unprofessional then fine that is your opinion, however in our eyes that was the safest option to reduce contact for ourselves and you. Not sure what your job has to do with anything, the fact that you started to get irate and the people with you had to tell you to stop explains it all. I'm sure you'll come back with "its all lies!!!" We have no reason to lie, the facts are simple. He purchased a bike knowing by paying a deposit we were turning interested customers away. He didn't read the listing which was crystal clear it stated in the subheading and item description that it was CAT N. He then came looked round the bike asked questions to which all were answered, you were not ignored. He changed his mind demanded a refund, which if you were seriously interested in another bike you would have mentioned at that point. We then issued a refund. After which we decided that it was best to not sell anything to you and let you buy from elsewhere. We didn't get irate, we didn't get snappy or rude. we simply said we would not like to sell you a bike. If that has hurt you so deep down and badly which it seems it has, then we wish you all the best for the future. As a business it would be unrealistic of us to expect that from the thousands of people we deal with that every single one is happy with us. Any business who has a huge number of customers would be lying to say 100% are happy. However we make an effort to respond to the ones that are factually inaccurate. We have nothing to hide, we are open with our customers. Unfortunately you were looking for a showroom experience and during covid 19, the best we could offer was keeping our distance and answering questions as an when you asked them. Glad you found a bike, all the best.
My only advice to anyone thinking of buying a new bike from Speedway Motorcycles is don’t because they are not to be trusted when things go wrong, you have been warned.

Strange that all 3 separate dealers that have dealt with speedway say the same thing useless they lie lie lie none of them will touch this company with a barge pole now they have all had enough they even snoop on you're Facebook posts to get out of warranty repairs they will argue about anything they mis inform luckily I kept every email but it doesn't matter they will argue that the emails don't exist anyway
