What a complete and utter rip off do not use this dealership, was told cost to replace faulty headlight was £702. Which I thought was very expensive when I have given them the go ahead to replace was then told the price has gone up to £3250. I then said no way not to go ahead then to be told a bill of £360. To be paid to put the car back together 3 hours labour!!! So now I still have a light faulty and £360. Out of pocket do not use you have been warned

Having asked for my £500 deposit back on a used Q8 which we decided was unsuitable ; Hatfield Audi have taken 3 weeks and still no refund. There is no communication. I have raided a complaint with Audi Uk and asked my credit card provider to step in. Totally unacceptable behaviour. My advice - go elsewhere for your Audi.

I purchased the car via a long-distance sale and was unhappy with the car after collection. I informed the Hatfield Audi 3-days after collection, however my concerns and request to return the car have been repeatedly ignored. I am still waiting to speak with Mo Jhet the Sales Manager 6 weeks later about the issue. I have the right to a full refund Distance Selling Regulations’ and the right to return/exchange under the Audi Used Approved Scheme. i would like the Dealership to honour its obligation to return the car but they continuously ignore all correspondence and all contact attempts. Do not buy from this dealership, very untrustworthy bunch. The sales process was also underhanded with them adding lots of additional items including GAP and Tyre cover to the invoice and reducing the agreed sale price of the vehicle, so it looks like your paying less for the car and if you decide to remove the items they will just put the price of the vehicle back up. I thought this was a main dealership not a dodgy backstreet garage! Zero Stars 0

I bought my Q5 5 some 5 years ago. Love the car and initially the service I received was excellent. Then the service manager left and service levels declined dramatically, until a young service executive took over my case. Since Luke Heatlie arrived my contact with Hatfield and quality of service I have received has been excellent. Luke is ‘on the case’, very helpful and has completely turned my attitude to Hatfield Audi around! I never realised how much one member of staff can do to change perception of service levels!
After initial confusion regarding documents after sale of A5 Hatfield Audi could not have been more helpful and resolved all of my concerns within one morning special thanks to Andy Paine who could not have been more professional and helpful despite my overreaction genuinely grateful thank you

I bought my car AUDI S3 in 2018 been driving it without any hassle whenever i had issues i would book it in and they would attend to it but now i took it in for the Alternator and MMI/Radio problem that i have been complaining about for over two years now they still cant get it right they told me to shoot a stupid video while im driving and putting me and my family in danger just because they cant do their JOB. i dont know how many times should i visit the dealer in order for them to get it right and now i had the WORST experience with them of which when i booked in my car they gave me a Courtesy car, after a week i was involved in an accident and i notified them about the incident and then they left me stranded for 5 days intentionally without a car as they had my car in their position. I received a call on the 12/04/2023 from Audi SA saying that my car is ready for collection to my surprise when i got there i was forced to PAY an excess amount of R6000 for the damaged car by the Manager Martin or else i wont get my car back of which there isnt a clause that states that if i dont pay i wont get my car out of the dealership. On their agreement that i signed it states that i need to pay R2750 or 5% maximum but they didnt have the maximum or final quote of the R6000, AUDI SA and AUDI HATFIELD they are a because when you call AUDI SA they tell you that they are not responsible on the daily runnings of the dealer and the comes up with their own figures to us. Im not happy with AUDI at all because WORST of all they cant fix their OWN cars and im still under warranty and FREEWAY plan every time i take my car they say they say its fixed and im forced to leave it by them and not have a car for a day or two, when i take a courtesy car they come with STUPID stories somehow i think they want us to buy new cars every time. I wudnt advice anyone to go for AUDI or work with AUDI Hatfield especially Martin the manager because his

I purchased a car from Hatfield Audi. Having thought the process went smoothly and I left with a good deal, once reviewing my paperwork this was not the case. I had been mis-sold insurance products which had been made clear they were 'thrown in' only to later review over £1500 worth of insurance products had been deducted from my cash deposit without us knowing. No costs were mentioned regarding the insurance products. I feel very deceived by Audi and have not had a good first experience at all.

My brother and i visited the hatfield audi dealership for a part exchange, merely because audi company itself suggested this place to us. Most of the reviews about this dealership was positive on their website so we decided to give them a go. We were interested on a few different models however the salesperson doing his job pushed us to test drive a3 and my brother really liked the car. Our own car was valued at £4000 in other dealerships and so audi accepted to go with that price too. The decieve and lies started from here by the salesperson named Andrew Paine . First of all we were told that the car had only 2 previous owners but the truth was it had 3 owners. Andrew and his manager offered us the following for free on the price that was agreed on: Gap insurance Tyre protection Key protection Assistance recovory and few other things Which in my sane head was too good to be true as I have bought and sold so many cars in the past 20 years and did for sure know that deale lerships do not give anything for free like this. Long story short, we were called by Andrew few days after that the car would be ready on a Sunday but because its on a weekend and we need to do a few maintenance on the car int he workshop, the car therefore would be ready to be collected on monday. The real deceive started on this day when we went to sign the contract and collect the car. Initially we were told that the finance would cost us £268 however everytime when I asked him to give us the exact costs of every month, he would twist things and change the subject. When reading the contract i noticed that on the paper he valued our car at £2700 when in fact was valued at £4000. I asked him about this cause it is every customer's right to check the paperwork and if any problem with it should be put forward. But here he acted defensive and told us that "this is audi dealership and we would never decieve our customers. Back in the days, dealrships used to do this but its not done anymore." Yea right... He really thought that we would sign the contract without first reading it. When he couldnt answer my question about the value of my car, he called his manager to save him from falling. The manager like a good team mate came and explained that my car was valued this much less because all the services that i mentiond in above which we were told that we will recieve for free, they were actually charging us £1300 for them. When we told the manager that we were told that they will all be free, he denied it and said we never said anything would be free of charge. They also added an extra £300 on the final price for workshop and maintenance and if i did not check the contract properly, they would have robbed us off... All am trying to say is that it doesnt matter which company you visit, if they are big and well known or not, you will always find thieves that would do anything in their power with their bosses to earn extra bit of money off of you. You just need to pay more attention. Unfortunately i changed my mind from buying audi car all together just because of this bad experience I had and I highly not recommend anyone to visit the Hatfield dealership. And please if you want to check reviews dont just rely on reviews written on the audi website. Definitely check other websites to get a better idea of what you are dealing with.

In all the years I have brought cars, this is by far the WORST dealership I have ever had the displeasure of using. They sold me an Audi approved used car, (most expensive car I have brought to date) I drove it home and it already had two significant faults on it, so significant in fact that it had to go in twice as they couldn't fix it the first time, and it was in for a total of 7 weeks right from off the start of ownership. I have since found out that the day before I collected my car from then instead of them doing the MOT that only had a few months left, they used the MOT extension scheme costing me £50.00 just 4 months later, I thought the MOT extension scheme was to help covid buy not having people come out there homes unnecessarily (not for garages to take pee) and end up costing the end user. Sales manager Gary unhelpful. Service manager is absolutely impossible to get hold of there is no busier man on the planet, 8 straight calls morning and afternoon he's always "in a meeting" (how many meetings can one man have????? I even emailed my concerns to the branch owner Russell, he has totally ignored me and to date has never responded (not surprising) and I can now see why all his management team are so bad, it starts at the top. This should have been a dream car that should have lasted me 3-4 years, I have now been forced to sell this nail of a car after just 7 months ownership. Out of those 7 months ownership it was broken for 3 and half months. They don't even have the decency to apologise and even lied to Audi UK complaints after I contacted them. Disgusting customer service, avoid.

I purchased a brand new £52k car. To drive home to find a massive crease on my driver side front seat. When I complained to the sales person they said we will send you a conditioner. How is a leather conditioner going to get rid of the nasty crease done by Audi going to solve my problem. It’s a brand new car not approved used. I’m very upset with the service I received I would not advise anyone to buy off this dealership.
