Drove 30 minutes to Hatfield Dealership for a key remote reprogramming, offered over the phone for £75 with a promise that if it didn't work there would be no charge. Arrived there to be told I would be charged whether they were were successful or not. Seriously poor service and customer communications.

Booked MOT online and also telephoned through ahead of date some general problems for investigation. Arrived at centre and was informed that they only had time for the MOT which meant another booking/day, they also had the wrong vehicle details. They could have informed me and I would have gone elsewhere. Went back later to collect car and found front alloy wheel damaged. They also classified the front two tyres as worn close to legal limit but when challenged I was advised that the tread depth was actually 3mm. They eventually agreed to fix the damaged wheel after a lot of my effort was required explaining to them why they should, it’s almost two weeks now and they have not honoured this and now gone silent. The attitude of staff at the centre is poor. Same poor level of service and why I’ve not given them any business for the last 10 years. Have now got Audi UK involved (again) and have booked the car in at another centre that is capable of providing a premium level of service. These Audi centres are nearly all franchises and if Audi UK continually receives complaints about a specific centre, they will most certainly review their franchise, and if necessary, withdraw. I urge anyone who has received poor service to make everyone and Audi UK aware, keeping everything factual of course.

A3 which we had bought new from this dealership. Factory order but when delivered no leather seats as we had ordered. First mistake. 2nd mistake car was recalled due to electrical issue, no courtesy available so arranged childcare dropped in car and waited around all day long, when I picked the car up at the end of the day no one could tell me if the work had been done there was no record of it. So had to rearrange everything all over again. Booked service and MOT with collection and delivery during lockdown. Received a confirmation email. The day came no one turned up by 11an, I called and was told I would be called back. 1pm no call fibbed off again, 3pm still no call so I called and said I am using this is not happening! We did get a courtesy car when it finally went ahead and 3 months later had to book in again to monitor a potential problem to be told that they don't do courtesy cars because of lockdown...contradictory.
I purchased an Audi A4 on line during the covid 19 shut down. The vehicle was collected and bodywork damage was pointed out[scratched rear bumper and stone chips] unacceptable on a car with only 4000 miles on the clock. on further inspection at home the car was covered in dog hairs and smelt of dog, the roof lining was marked ,one of the rear headrests had a hole in it and the locking wheel nut was missing. This was reported to the salesman by e mail and by phone with no reply or solution forthcoming. Further attempts to contact failed. This company has no after sales service, does not carry out the Audi approved 149 point check and is only interested in your money. Do not use under any circumstances.
Audi Hatfield is worse dealership I have ever visited. Waited 2 weeks for a service appointment and a loan car booked. Turned up for the appointment and no loan cars available, no apology, I asked to see the Service Manager, this also never happened. Very rude and unprofessional staff!! I would think seriously before visiting this garage,

Dealer insisted on orginal passport and driving licence being sent to them. So crazy, I am not local and i offered to take them to a dealer near me. Computer says no. Wanted originals iff all docs and my wife to sign too. Never go for joint app through a broker, nightmare. never using Audi Fleet again.

If it was possible, I would give it ZERO stars. The customer service is shockingly bad whether during the sale or after-sale, wish I have known this before as I would take my money elsewhere. They treat their customers disrespectfully and can't be bothered to get back to clients and make you feel like a nuisance. Really don't feel like I have bought over a £40K car... Wiill NEVER buy from them again!!!!

A co-worker of mine told me about how she and her son recently left a bad review for Audi Hatfield because the receptionist was rude to them. According to my co-worker, the management there asked her son to remove the review because it would affect their sales and bless him he did remove it, I assume because he's naive. When he picked up his car they gave him a bottle of champagne to apologise for the mishap. I'm now writing this review because they bought his silence. That champagne wasn't to apologise, it was to make sure he didn't regret his decision so he wasn't inclined to re-upload the bad review.

Audi Hatfield is by far the best main dealer i have ever used, Hatfield Audi has looked after many of my cars for the past couple of years and due to the great experience i have found it hard to come out of the audi brand. I would highly recommend them to others, and a big thanks to Alister in the service department for looking after my cars.
