I visited the BMW showroom in Borehamwood and was instantly greeted by the lovely Mark Price who made me feel at ease straight away. I had only come to have a quick view at the cars as this was my first visit since lockdown. I wasn’t sure what car was going to be right for me and needed guidance. Mark introduced me to a few cars he thought would be suitable, he was extremely knowledgeable,very easy to converse with, helpful and not pushy at all, all of these factors made me feel I could work together with Mark in finding the right car for me. Mark was brilliant in helping me narrow down my choices until I chose the perfect car for me. We finally settled for the BMW 2 series sport. I actually had no intention of getting my car sorted that day which shows you what a good sales person he was. He carefully searched for me which lease deal would suit me best,and helped me every step of the way to completion. Highly recommend visiting The Barons Borehamwood showroom.

I have taken my BMW to the service centre at Barons Borehamwood on 3 separate occasions in order to get an issue with my car’s tyre sensor warning indicator resolved. On the first occasion I was told that the tyres simply weren’t inflate properly. The second time the response was that there were lacerations to the front two tyres and that they needed replacing. Despite this advice the problem persisted and on the third visit I was again told that the tyres were not properly inflated. Amazingly, the same warning message still appears every time I start my car. The issue was escalated to Colin Donno (assistant service manager) on 25th November but he has ignored my complaint. BMW Customer Services UK brought the issue to Rob Graham, the Centre’s Head of Business on 5th December and told me that I would hear back within 48 hours. It is now the 11th December and I am still chasing.

I had a problem with my new BMW 7 series. Because of the nature of the problem and as I was in the middle of a journey away from home, Spires BMW Stirling Corner advised me to call BMW Emergency Services who sent me, within a short time, an expert service technician who performed several checks the car and decided that I should bring it the next morning to Spire for service, and get the car in without waiting for a future appointment. He also arranged a replacement car of the same level as mine. When I arrived the next morning in Spire Sterling Corner, Mr David Coleman, the service manager, dealt quickly with my car going into service and the job was completed the morning of the following day, the car being repaired and cleaned in a perfect state. Rarely today you see such professional and fast service!
At Spire Stirling Corner BMW They did really well. I was Very impressed everything they did was right. You don't get car dealers like this anymore. But here is proof they do still exist. I have and will be recommended them to everyone.
