Ordered a new Ateca at end of March, Found the staff friendly, thorough and professional- no pressure but sound advice offered. Collected my car yesterday- handover was a model of professionalism, patience and painstaking attention to detail. Based on my experience I would recommend them wholeheartedly and without hesitation- a very impressive team.

Booked car in 4 days in advance turned up on the day wanting to wait as my partner was I'll. girl on service desk was very sympathetic and politely explained this couldn't be done due to existing workload but she had a brand new demo available for me to use and proceeded to insure and get me on the road without hesitation. True customer service. People seem to forget car dealers are human and problems occur out of their control and then are quick to complain like the idiot on another review without knowing true circumstances. Credit where it's due, I found them extremely polite and accommodating. Thank you seat Watford and Anna on the desk

This could possibly be the worst seat dealer in England! booked my car in for a service a month in advance, the closing hours the night before the service they call me and decide they cant service my car on the chosen date so move it to the following week! the closing hours before the service is due I get a call telling my in a aggressive manner two times that I had to be on time!!! So I turn up at the dealer 10 minutes early and told I will have to wait 10/15 min so after 20 min I gave up and walked out with a very sarcastic bye from the service staff. Unfortunately for them I was going to ask for information on a new leon fr as looking to change my car this year. Don't think it will be from Watford Seat! Not even sure now if I want another seat if I have to put up with people like this.
