I was looking for an upgrade from my Peugeot. After looking online, I found the Fiat Qubo at this dealership and decided to drive down for a viewing. After a good look around the car, I was happy to discuss the option of part-exchanging my car. I was very pleased with the price they offered me, so I took it. Other than getting a lower MPG compared to my Peugeot, I love my Fiat.

It was my first time visiting this dealership, and I found that the process was very easy compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in the past. I'm on their website every day looking for another car similar to my Astra. I would happily recommend this dealership.

Got a wicked car and wicked customer service with it. The lads down at the dealership are very laid back its almost refreshing. No pushiness, no hard sell, just a nice environment. Id buy of these guys again any day. I can confidently recommend. My car is great and I cant knock them. Its deffo a very easy 5!

Similar to most of the reviews on here - the owner of the company is a crook! Is abusive and belittling, I reported issues with the car within 1 day of purchase - i contacted the company and requested i be issued with a refund as per my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015,i was advised by Kharver that the only thing he could do in 'aftersales' is reinspect and repair the vehicle. I repeated i wanted a refund, i was advised again that all he could do was arrange to repair the vehicle, I asked to speak to the person above him nd was then greeted by the owner of he company - great, i thought! How wrong i was! The owner was extremely rude and obnoxious, he shouted at me, saying 'you're not getting a refund you only paid £3500 for the car, what are you expecting for £3500 its not a BMW, its not £35000!' Ansd then continued to rant down the phone at me, preventing me from getting my words out until i (unfortunately) called him the C Word. C U Next Tuesday, This stopped him then! I put the phone down and have since emailed a formal complaint which i dont expect to receive a response to. I have never in my life experienced a conversation like this with a so called professional! The MOT only had brake pad advisories - something i was advised would be resolved if i purchased a warranty, which i did, Said warranty hasnt been disclosed to me so i am unaware exactly what is covered, I am now, as a result, left with a faulty car that i am unable to drive as it is not safe (strong smell of petrol when driving, shudders violently upon reaching 50mph and struggles to get to 70mph, has a chip in the windscreen and laughably, the rear boot doesnt work! Doesnt open at all! The car key is a battery operated key which also doesnt work, therefore i cant even open the boot using this method. I am APPALLED with the experience and the 'service' ive received - they are quick to take your money, and quick to refuse you your legal rights as a consumer! Similar to others, i have now submitted a complaint to Trading Standards and will regretably pursue legal proceedings

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our services , We we are always looking to improve our services and all feedback is appreciated. you have reported a issue (vibration) with your car, we in return have simply asked that we take a look and look and see if a simple remedy (wheel balancing) fixes your concern, this can happen very easily and be fixed very easily, in our brief one sided conversation, we have tried to help and have a civilised conversation, your responce has been abusive and ubecoming of a sensible customer, As far as as we can see you have no problems driving the car and as said the car is a budget vehicle, that we have prepared to a fresh mot pass, we have driven the car and not experienced any vibration, however if it is there now we will gladly collect the car and drop back off after diagnosing and return as fast as possible please contact our service department at your convenince.
Wife is very happy with her car ( A Renault ) and the customer service was excellent. 5* without question.

I will rate my experience 4 stars, no one is perfect and I believe there is always room for improvement in everything we do. Sprit Motor Company have been fine. I bought an Audi Q5. I am just waiting on a few things from the dealership and the experience will be completed!
