So far, my experience with Spirit Motor Company has been pretty smooth. The car is running well, although I'm yet to receive the Kia and haven't picked it up. However, they've been accommodating and provided a courtesy car while I wait, which is a nice touch. The company has been willing to address the situation, and overall, they've been fine to deal with. I'm optimistic that whatever issues arise with the Kia will be sorted out. Scheduled to pick it up on Wednesday, and so far, everything seems on track. I appreciate the efforts they've put in, and as of now, it's a solid 5 stars from me. Here's hoping for a continued positive experience
I am overall very happy with the Toyota I bought from Andy at the Spirt Car Company. The experience was good, the team showed me the way and explained everything nice and clearly. They also were very friendly and approachable. Although I do have a little issue with the back washer, I am happy. I spoke with Mohammed and he is going to get it sorted for me next week!

So, I recently got a Honda CRV from Spirit Motor Company and I must say, it's been smooth sailing so far. I got it as a company car. I'm really pleased with how everything is running and I haven't heard anything negative about it. I'd give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 rating because it's been pretty good.

Bought a car 30/11/23, had previously arranged a full inspection from the AA, this came back with some RED faults that basically meant do not buy unless fixed before purchase. The garage assured me this would be done and a new MOT issued with no advisories. The car was delivered to my home, I received no paperwork, the car had a fault, no heating, no air conditioning, the washer cap missing and a gash in one of the tyres. I reported this within 48 hours, there was also a 10k milage discrepancy between MOT's which they did not disclose. Under those circumstances I requested to return the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and I requested a Short Term Right to Reject. The dealership have refused to adhere to both of these legal obligations. I have had the car re-inspected by the AA who confirm that the same faults are there, I have also had a new MOT carried out and this shows more advisories that the one carried out by the dealerships selected MOT station. After several phone calls, emails and signed for letters I am now going to have to go to court to get my money back. The car is sitting un-used. Read the reviews in Google too, they tell a very similar story to mine on here.

Good Morning A thank you for taking the time to leave spirit a review, we acknowledge we have delivered you a automatic Nissan Micra and acknowledge you consider the car to be broken, you have also accused us of driving the car 200 miles to mot at a station in London, then realised you had been mistaken, I understand your concerns are a washer cap for the wash wipe water reservoir and your air conditioning is not cold as It needs a re gas, sorry we were not able to satisfy you fully we will try harder next time, the only real point of contention is the heating, we drove the car to you in very cold weather which is not possible without heat , Just one last thing, we were approached by the above review company and with a little payment we can look a lot better on this site, if not then only people looking to leave bad reviews will be captured and used to motivate us to pay, most of our customers leave reviews at Feefo on Autotrader they are 100 genuine . please check and see how we really look after the majority. thanks for reading our response....
I bought an Audi S5 from this company over a month ago and I have had nothing but issues and I haven't even received the car yet! . Countless delays and when I finally had enough and requested my money back they are now refusing to refund me and I am left without car

We had exactly the same problem and ended up filing online through the small claims court. That was after we applied to our bank for a 'charge back'. I kept a record of everything i.e., screenshots of the vehicle on their website and AutoTrader, all our calls (to and from), emails and letters. The letters were sent 'Signed For', as otherwise, like any calls me made, they would be ignored. We contacted Citizens Advice, who were very helpful and advised us from day one. When you go through CA they create a file/case and inform Trading Standards. You can't go direct to Trading Standards. I did also inform AutoTrader about them but they just want their money, regardless of dealing with rogue traders. I also informed BBC Watchdog. The more who contact the CA and BBC the better. Name and shame! At some point they must be investigated. We didn't get to Court as they refunded our monies in the end. Good luck! Have your day in Court. Worth every penny.

Shame we can't give a 'zero' score. We're about to go to Court with these crooks. Lies from day one. If they ever return your call it ends up 'heated' and they (Sadiq & Khaver) get very nasty. We've been told, 'you always get faults when buying a car. What do you expect for the money you paid? You've bought the car. It's now yours. You're not getting your money back'. They're now advertising the car on their website for nearly £2k more than we paid for it, without our permission, as the car is registered in my husband's name and we have a receipt for the transaction. On top of which, we received a PCN for a fine for the vehicle. Sadiq said the car was on a test drive with one of their technicians! A 356 mile round trip. The car being advertised on their website doesn't show the true mileage either. Falsifying mileage is a criminal offence. The reason we refused to take delivery of the car, and back out of the deal 6 weeks ago asking for our monies back, was that alarm bells were ringing (shame it hadn't been sooner and we'd read the damning reviews) due to lack of confidence/honesty. The car was not fit for purpose. The original advert on Autotrader didn't mention any of the faults. Surely that's fraud. The car seemed to develop one fault after another (which were never mentioned at point of sale) and that was before the deal was struck two months after a deposit was paid. All along it was us chasing for months beforehand. Since, we cancelled our deal with them, as per our Rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they don't want to know. Numerous letters, emails and phone calls. Never available if you call. Interesting also that they're not registered with The Motor Ombudsman. If you have nothing to hide, why not? Also, interesting that their MOT's are done through their own garage in Leigh. Not worth the paper it's written on. We've now served them with a letter of intent to escalate the matter through the Smalls Claims Court. Trading Standards will be informed, as will the police and BBC Rogue Traders. Name and shame. They shouldn't be in business.

Totally agree with this review. I'm going through exactly the same right now. False milage, False documents. Car not working on delivery. Looks like I'm going to have to go to court. Do not buy a car from this company.
