For a purchase that was all done over the phone, I'm very happy with how everything went. The lads at Spirit Motor Company were always very informative and I found them to be really reliable when it came to answering any questions I had. The car also arrived without delays and I'm very happy with it.

The car has been okay for now, but I've not driven it much as I jetted off to Greece after the purchase. For now, I haven't come across any issues. I'm not local to the dealership and had to travel 40 miles to see the car. But James made it worth while because he was a pleasure to deal with, well the whole team was. I was offered a coffee on arrival and I was made to feel very welcomed and looked after. I even came down with my dog and they were nice enough to play with him, which was nice.

My Vauxhall Adam has been perfect since driving it away. I've had no issues with it and it was nice of the team to prep it before I arrived to pick it up, it made the car look brand new after it's little clean. I'm just waiting for the warranty paperwork to come through that I took out and then every box is ticked. No complaints from me though.

So far so good with my BMW 3 Series, I'm getting along well with it. I'm just waiting for that good weather so that I can show off the metallic blue paint work that makes the car stand out from the rest. It's always stressful looking for a new car but Wayne made sure everything was handled quickly and without any delays, so I was able to get the car pretty quick from the point I enquired about it. I would highly recommend this company to others if they were in the market for a car.

Spirit Motor Company was a pleasure to do business with! There were a couple of gentleman who looked after me on the day but both were brilliant, and I honestly can't fault them. I was able to get all of the information about the Astra before purchasing and I was confident in what they were telling me. As for the car, I've driven it every day since my purchase and I'm more than happy with it.

Everything's going smoothly for now, and I'm quite happy how everything turned out. I had a small issue with the key battery when I got home, but a quick change of the battery sorted it out, and it's working perfectly now. I can't recall the guy's name at the dealership, but he was alright to deal with. Very courteous throughout the process. After the test drive, I went ahead with the deal. They were efficient too, making sure to get everything signed over quickly, while I was  managing to sort stuff out on my end like the insurance and road tax. I can't thank them enough. No complaints from my end!

Happy customer with my new Volkswagen because it's been an excellent addition to our family. One of the big reasons I chose it was because it was fairly priced, which was a huge plus. Jade took care of us throughout the whole process, and I must say she was fantastic to deal with. There was no pressure at all, and she even offered a test drive to make sure I was confident with my decision There isn't anything else you could ask for from a dealership.

I'm very chuffed with how everything went.

I actually found this car through the finance company I used, and they couldn't speak highly enough of them. The guy I dealt with was really sound, always ready to answer my questions, and just generally really helpful.
