I have to say that purchasing my BMW 330i from M Sports and Prestige was an unbelievably pleasant experience. The salesman was very informative and went out of his way to assist me with whatever information that was required. I encountered a small problem with my car which was duly rectified as I could imagine this scenario with many companies out there that would have avoided helping me. I can't be thankful enough as I hope to buy many a cars from Sports And Prestige and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. A1 company and very commendable service. If you decide to buy from M Sports & Prestige make sure you got everything on paper as the owners promise you anything prior to sell car but afterwards not keeping that promise.Especially guy initials D.T.If have a chance again I would go somewhere else as they causing me lot of trouble,like pay late my previous finance(part exchange)even though they have money from new finance.

M Sports and Prestige is a very professional outfit with lots of quality cars in stock. Highly recommend.
Do not use M Sports and Prestige! bought a car costing £12000 from them, turns out it hss a £6000+++ engine fault, now an MOT failure, and dashboard warning lights blanked out! have proof it occured before i purchased car from them, but, they wont help. they buy broken cars from auctions, hide the expensive problems, then sell them for top money.

Bought a car from this dealer online. They are helpful, professional and not at all pushy. Bought without seeing the vehicle decision based on the photos and description and we are really pleased with it. Hot 3 months warranty dropped off at our door. Would buy again here
I'm simply explaining my experience of being unlucky at M Sports & Prestige. Model and Date purchased BMW 2010 335i convertible 65k on clock cost £17k, purchased September 2016. Customer Service As mentioned, this is a family run business who are extremely friendly, and welcome you into their own home to execute the transaction. I was in regular contact with the staff through Whatsapp. Knowledge I'm not sure if the staff are fully knowledgeable. The car I purchased was part exchanged in by the previous owner. A couple weeks after buying the coolant level was always showing as being low, my mechanic found that there was a hairline crack in the oil filter housing unit which had been sealed with silicone. 1yr down the line the car had issues with auto gearbox, and the car eventually died as a hole was some how put through the engine block. I am left severely out of pocket as the car isn't covered by warranty as it has had an after market remap at time of purchase. I am not blaming the dealers, I suspect it was the previous owner's fault, which wasn't picked up by Shaz. On the surface the car looked good, but under the bonnet this was not the case. Whilst I would recommend this dealer, I would make sure that the warranty that they supply is valid for the car because warranty companies do not cover all types of cars. When buying an expensive car, you want to make sure you are protected from any unfortunate engine issues. You can get this on-going support and protection from larger car dealers. That's the lesson I've learnt.
