Must be the best customer service I have ever received and that takes some doing as I have bought classic cars from Florida/Canada/Australia and now from Nottingham in the heart of England. Having made the initial enquiry via email which was dealt with very promptly and professionally. Having arranged to fly into East Midlands Airport from Trieste Italy the company kindly picked me up and I was driven to the company premises in a beautiful brand new Range Rover Sport. Arrived at the business premises and was shown around the absolutely mouthwatering Porsche 911 996 C4S Cabriolet. Was amazed at how clean and tidy the vehicle was, I loved it!!! I didn't fancy starting the long journey back to Italy as it was getting rather late in the evening and Shazad (director) kindly offered to put me up in a 5 star hotel (Park Plaza Nottingham) for the night and he also took me out for a evening meal which was absolutely gorgeous!!! THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN

The salesman at M Sports and Prestige was very helpful on initial viewing of the car, although he gives his home address, then meets you at a garage/lock up - maybe should of been wary at this point - we looked at the car & decided to swap our car for it....all went well until the pressure light came on, it's a BMW so the computer lets you know....after taking it to a tyre garage, they advised us that the tyres were completely shot, both tyres on the back inside had wires coming out of them and the car was not road worthy......we had only driven 200 miles home in this death trap and to and from work for one month (10 miles each way)... I messaged SHAZ and he says it is wear and tear and we should of checked the tyres.... we could not see the inside underneath of the tyres just by looking at them....he won't help out at all, so £278 per tyre later, I am out of pocket........moral of the story is, don't buy off him.......this BMW was a part exchange, he admitted and we now believe he never even looked at the vehicle to see if it was roadworthy, just polished it up and put a for sale sign on it.......take someone who knows, make sure you have a good inspection on any car. Some dealers just do not give a shit when you drive off their forecourt and he's one of them........WRONG.

The car was amazing spec, easily the best I'd found and was totally as described. Probably the best car purchasing experience I've had and would highly recommend. Even had a third of tank of petrol rather than the red light on when you usually buy a car. Great personal service. Great job.

M Sports And Prestige Nottingham. Nice selection of cars, all high spec & good quality. I had a problem with a key a few weeks after buying the car, Shaz was very receptive & worked through solving the problem. In the end I had to buy a new key, which he paid for, in full, with no quibbles. Great customer service, couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely recommend.

I was happy with the service at M Sports and Prestige Nottingham because I got everything which I was expecting from this purchase. Good used vehicle, appropriate price if not best, excellent personal attention from Shaz the sales contact including three times pick up, drop from train stations. There some minor blips but those do not change our very positive perception. Hopefully our next car purchase has will also be from you.

Brought what i thought was a nice prestige car. On checking previous service garages, i found that some service history had been falsified. Because car came with a fresh MOT, i had car checked again, and found that the car should not have passed. Nothing was done by M Sports and Prestige to resolve any of these issues!
