I seen a nissan that i liked unfortunately when i called i was informed someone had put a deposit down on it. The salesman John took my details and told me he would be in touch with an update just incase the buyer could not secure finance. John phoned me two days later informing me that the vehicle had beem sold and that they may have another coming in. A few days later he was back in toucb and informed me of the vehicle that was coming in i went down to see it and loved it from the moment i set my eyes on it, safe to say im completely happy with my purchase ans would buy from thes lads again

Cars not good. SR Motor Company say they send them to another garage for mot ? That’s debatable? Never gets done very dodgy!! Take your deposit after a lot a talk. Any questions after sales don’t like to answer too many questions don’t like it. Never give them a deposit as you don’t get it back and you don’t get the car either too many problems. Be warned don’t buy from them ROUGH TRADERS. TRADING STANDARDS ARE PAYING THEM A VISIT VERY SOON.

Recently purchased a car from SR motors and had the best experience. There was no issues with the car which I didn’t except due it being used.

Purchased a bmw 5 series from SR Motor Company in Aug 18, John Trench sales advisor appeared professional and efficient but did feel once I had agreed to buy the car he was rushing you on phone, in meetings or with a customer and you felt you were an inconvenience. I had an issue now resolved after 7weeks of stress and emails and letters. Initial phone call to him saying my car needed repaired I found he had no empathy or consideration of my situation as I was 400 miles away on holiday, he repeatedly asked me to bring it in which was not possible he was cheeky and I felt I had been had. He offered no financial help at that point as I had to put into a garage to get repaired. As soon as I mentioned I will take it further things changed. I refused to ring him and got advice from citizens advice who liaise with trading standards. He soon appeared to be polite and sorry about my situation and at that point offered money back. I was going down the small claims court if not resolved but it is now. So write in so you have evidence of all communications. Regarding the garage, I can't comment on their other vehicles, they do sell a lot of high spec cars but I would hate anyone else to be put in the position I was. I am pleased with my car now sorted, but I would advise an AA check on vehicle for own peace of mind.
