I purchased a 2013 Insignia from SR Motor Company and have had nothing but problems and then they refused to return the car. In the first 30 days... Wheels needed balanced. Coolant leak (fixed myself). Snapped spring (fixed myself). The brakes were at a dangerous level so they had to be replaced. Steering pulling to the left. Rear calliper seized. £80 goodwill then sent packing, just terrible. They don't care about once you are away, shocking service and untrustworthy. They hide behind the fact they don't MOT the car on site s basically they have no idea themselfs the condition of the car. I expect to see this place in a western movie with horses outside.

I have bought two cars from SR Motors, my first car I had no issue with it ran perfectly. The second car I bought I had a small issues with the car within the warranty period I contacted the salesman who advised me not to worry and bring the car back in. Once I had done this they advised me off the problem, and resolved it as quickly as possible whilst keeping me informed throughout the process. If has ran perfectly since. I can happily say I will be going back to them again and would recommend to both family and friends.

Bought a car from here some time back and although I had some minor issues with it, as you do whit used cars, the team at SR Motors have resolved them in a professional, efficient manner. Highly recommended and you will see me again for my next car. Thanks guys!

i bought a car from SR Motor Company they fitted the wrong spring no service done no timing belt changed and csr needed pads all round they also glued the sidewall on the tyre so it would pass so they didn't have to spend money the mechanics they have are a joke over a week to fit a spring (wrong size fitted) and balance the front brakes I could do this in an hour tops as I am in the trade the salesman is more interested in putting powder up his nose than doing this correctly absolute joke will never go back and have reported the garage they use for mots to vosa I will also be writing to the AA as they guarantee the cars DO NOT TOUCH THESE GUYS OR THEIR CARS YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Stay away from SR Motor Company. They are terrible dealer and if their is an issue after sale they dont wanna know. 7 grand later driving hire car and no response regarding my full refund yet after requesting full refund in our 30 day rights looks like court with theses lot. A car in a yard with a price tag and they try to say we bought a car unchecked. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS GARAGE. I could not put no stars this company have had many names above their door in the last few yrs. i mean come on...not professional at all..they can't even spell glasgow on their folder they gave with documents enclosed..rushed print off. dodgy as they come.

I went to buy a car from SAJ who runs SR Motors. He agreed to complete works and confirmed the car would be ready the next day. Car was not ready, it had failed it’s MOT. ( This also means the test drive I had taken was in a car without MOT and therefore insurance.) SR Motors seem to think they trade plates cover them for no MOT. This is incorrect. Be careful as it is the driver that would be prosecuted for driving with no MOT or Insurance. The car was not then ready on any of the following four days as SR Motors were supposedly waiting for a tyre. (Tyres are normally available within a day??) When I was then phoned to say the car was ready and required about the works. ( two replacement front springs) that had been agreed. SAJ has a great case of memory failure. He claimed he would not now replace the springs. As a result I did not buy the car, as it was not as agreed or available when agreed. They are refusing to refund my deposit. Be very careful of dealing with this company. A company check confirms the business is owned by others and has no credit history. Please learn from my mistake. I should have realised when SAJ told me he was looking for cash rather than a bank transfer. You have been warned. !!

The police were called to our premises: and they ruled in our favour, as you were abusive to staff and a nuisance to the public. You were then escorted off the premises.
