I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at SR Motor Group in Swindon! The car has been a delight with no issues or concerns, except for a minor sensor problem that required a visit to the garage. While it cost me £150, attempting to claim warranty didn't seem like it would be worth it for the sake of £150, I’ll save that for an engine malfunction or something major. This was a new experience for me, having previously owned a series of 5 Ford Fiestas; the change and upgrade are quite refreshing. Adapting to the size difference occasionally makes it feel like I'm driving a lorry, but overall, it's a positive adjustment. The customer service at SR Motor Group was exceptional, keeping me in the loop at every step. I have no complaints, a little feedback would be, the car wasn't MOT'd and ready to go, I had to wait 8/9 days to collect my new car, leading me to rate the experience a solid 9 out of 10. Overall, SR Motor Group in Swindon provided a positive and satisfying car-buying journey.

We got to the dealership and had a good look around. This is when we found a tidy looking, 5 door Corsa for my daughter. After getting some more information about the car's history, I was happy to go ahead with it. The salesman was very professional and courteous when making the sale. I can't fault them.

My Kia has been amazing, I just love it. I'm rubbish with names, but the salesman who looked after me could not have done enough for me! He helped to answer all of my questions and really put my mind at ease when buying the car. On the day of collection, I was happy to see that the car was valeted because it looked amazing.

Its been a pleasure to deal with SR Motor Group, I have never owned a Range Rover before, the Evoque may well be the first of many. There have been a couple very minor issues, first with the drivers door and then secondly the passenger door behind the driver. Both issues came on after the other so SR were very helpful and accommodating in getting the drivers door sorted and we haven't had the time to look into the passenger door yet. I had a Hyundai IX31 before this which feels like a massive step up in terms of luxury and performance. The staff have all been very helpful and proved that they are willing to help not just before and during the sale but after they have our money too. Really happy with my car and pleased with the experience.

The last thing you want when you go to a dealership is to be messed around or left feeling like you aren't valued. This wasn't the case when I came here! I had a look online before visiting the showroom, and this is when I saw the Mercedes E-Class. I headed down to SR Motor Group, and I was happy to see that the car was still available, so after getting some more information about the car, I was happy to go ahead with it. Everything was made very clear while I was going through the paperwork. Not once did I not feel valued, so a big thank you to the team.

Due to some changes in circumstances, I had to have a look at the cars we had and what was suitable. My missus lost her drivers licence due to illness and has only just got it back, we had an M2 Competition and a Range Rover Sport before, the A3 was a viable option because it is something my missus can drive now she has her drivers licence back, I am also doing my helicopter licence over in Gloucestershire which is a good amount off mileage every week and the A3 is a lot cheaper to run. The car is running exceptionally well and I am very very happy with it, the customer service is second to none. I am going to need a 4dr Saloon in the next 6 months, I will defiantly be back to SR Motor Company to see what they have for me.

I didn't know what sort of service I would receive from this company, as I've never gotten a car from here before, but it was honestly beyond what I was expecting! Everyone involved was super friendly and did the most to make sure everything went smoothly. I was offered a test drive of my Audi before I purchased it, which was nice, and once I got it back to the dealership, I went ahead and got it. The car has been great ever since. I would happily recommend this company.

My Hyundai is running well, and I'm very happy with the customer service I received.
