I have always been a loyal follower of VW and had so many different age, models and spec of Golfs, I have always loved the cars and was interested in a GTI, when I took one for a test drive, it felt a little to much like a boy racer car for my liking and I wanted something which felt a little more adult. My partner and I walked around the forecourt of SR Motor Group and an Audi A3 really caught my eye. The test drive pretty much sealed the deal along with the advise we were given and customer service in general. Everything has been swell with my new Fiat Punto, I am used to getting slightly newer than this but the millage and price was right which was what compelled me to deal. I have no complaints with the service either, everyone has been very approachable, the car was MOT'd and serviced prior to my collection and the only thing highlighted when I bought the car was there was an issue with the exhaust which was quickly resolved again, prior to me collecting the car. This has defiantly been one of the best car buying experienced I have had and I have been driving for many years. I couldn't be happier with everything.

I have never had an EV myself however, my girlfriend has had an EV for the last year and it made me decide to get one. I got a Tesla Model S and it's lovely, really nice to drive and feels premium. The service was very professional and staff very friendly, I have no problems or complaints to hold.

I do an awful lot of business miles in and out of London for my work, I had a BMW 1 Series for a number of years because it was absolutely bomb proof, I never had any issues with the car and it gave reliability like no other. I had racked up a lot of miles and needed a change and decided to look at something a little bigger and a little cruiser for the motorway trips, SR Motor Group in Swindon had the nicest 4 Series which seemed perfect for me. I have done a fair few miles on the car already and the only issue I have had is there is a major recall for the EBR sensors on all 4 Series, this is not something which could have been avoided from SR's perspective and they have been very supportive since the recall was highlighted. The service has been top notch and I can't fault the lads at all.

My last car was a Vauxhall Adam and although it did me justice, I thought it was time to step up a little, the amount of time I spend driving I wanted something a little more luxurious and comfortable without breaking the bank. I found this in a BMW 1 Series which is a lovely car, is getting rinsed on the motorway but drives really well on the long journeys. It really feels like an upgrade and I am loving my new car. I think it was Simon who was looking after me and although I don't remember his name for sure, the service he provided certainly was memorable. He was very nice and had so much time to ensure I was making the right decision for me. SR Motor Group in Swindon are an excellent, trustworthy company and I cant wait to deal with them again for my next car.

The car i went with isn't the all singing all dancing most amazing car in the world, I chose the car for it's affordability and it ticks all the boxes for what I need. I haven't had any issues so far which is the main thing and the car is serving me well, The service was excellent, all the staff were really friendly, polite and I've had plenty of follow ups to ensure I am satisfied with the service. Satisfied would be an understatement!
