I can't fault the service provided by SR Motor Group, the whole process was quick, smooth and easy. They are great, very helpful and friendly. We absolutely love the Ford Kuga we purchased, its a lovely car in great condition. Happily recommend to friends and family.

I've just bought my 2nd car from SR Motor Group, I'm very happy with the BMW 3 Series, its a lovely car, great price, low mileage, and its nice to drive, I'm really enjoying it. Niaz and Simon are very nice people and willing to help with anything. They have been brilliant with me, really looked after me. Any issues I've had they have dealt with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend SR Motor Group, and I will definitely be back when I'm in the market for another car.

The service provide was faultless! I highly recommend SR Motor Group - 1. for the outstanding customer service they provide and 2. for the quality of cars they sell. I bought a Mini Cooper and I absolutely love it! Its so enjoyable to drive, its lovely, the price was great, over-all the car is everything I wanted! The dealer ensured the service levels were high, they looked after me, the whole process was smooth, quick and faultless. I had to change my car for practicality purposes, I was looking for a higher, bigger car and SR Motor Group had a lovely Vauxhall Mokka in, I bought my last car from here, so thought I would take a visit to see the Mokka. I was super impressed with the service last time so had no hesitations. The service this time was again fantastic, helpful, friendly and they value their customers. I'm enjoying the car, and its definitely serving its purpose for being practical, it drives lovely, very comfortable and over-all a great car for a great price. Very happy with everything, I highly recommend SR motor Group, and I will certainly be back in the future.

I had been looking for ages for a BMW X5 Series, I wanted a specific spec, had a budget on price and mileage and only wanted one in a fantastic condition. SR Motor Group had EXACTLY what I was looking for, it took me months to find this car, and it really was the only I found that I liked the look of, so we travelled to see it. I was not disappointed - the car was everything we wanted, and we agreed the sale there and then. Simon was fantastic, he was pleasant, helpful and is a man of his word, everything he said he would do, he did. There was a minor mark on the wing mirror, he ordered a new cover, had it sprayed and delivered it to me - he went above and beyond for us. Extremely happy with the whole process, and thanks to Simon for making it happen!

My Wife and I are extremely pleased with BMW 3 Series, my Wife is driving the car mainly, and she's thrilled with it, I have been out and about it, and I can vouch for her - its lovely to drive and has a great feel to it. The customer service provided by SR Motor Group was truly fantastic, the staff were helpful, welcoming and very informative. Highly recommend, and I would happily buy from SR again in the future.

I can't really fault the service provided at the dealership, they have been helpful and polite through-out, even when an issue arose, they did what they could to help. There was an issue with the battery, I think it was just an old battery in the car, I contact SR Motor Group, and they did get this sorted, so I can't complain on that side of things, Really happy with the Ssangyong Korando, its lovely to drive, really enjoying it. The car was delivered to me, which was handy. I would happily use again in the future, and recommend.

We decided to look for a new car, a better car for towing our caravan, we was looking at small SUV's, 4X4s, Hyundai's, Ford's, Volkswagen's - we really wasn't sure on the make or model we wanted, just wanted a reliable car. We went to SR Motor group and they had a lovely Ford Kuga in, low mileage, great condition and a very competitive price. It didn't have a tow bar, but we was happy to have this fitted, if it was the right car for us. And the car is definitely right for us, we love it! No problems so far, driven it quite a lot to get a feel for it, and so far, so good. Simon was lovely, we had no problems with the customer service, in fact Simon went above and beyond for us, I can't fault him. He welcomed us in the showroom, and gave us great advice about the cars, lots of knowledge. When we went to collect the Kuga, he had taxed it and completed all the paperwork for the part exchange, over-all a fantastic service and we got the car that was right for us.

I am very happy with my Vauxhall Antara from SR Motor group! I have had it for a while now and it's been perfect. I have had a couple of very minor issues sorted out very quickly and easily and the dealers have been really helpful and efficient throughout the whole process.
