I purchased a Vauxhall Mokka from SR Motor Group based in Swindon, and although everything was great during the sale, I encountered a few issues soon after buying, I was a little disappointed and frustrated, so I contacted the dealership to express my concerns. I spoke to Sammy , the manager, who completed put me at ease. He asked me to bring the car back down for inspection and repair and apologised that this had happened. When I went back with the car, Sammy greeted me personally and took charge of the whole process, he was very professional, courteous, and attentive. He listened to my concerns and had the car checked thoroughly, explaining what the problems were and how they would fix them. He also followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything was working well and that I was satisfied with the service. I was very impressed by Sammy's customer service and the quality of the repair. He turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one, showing that he truly cared about customer satisfaction, even after the sale.

I bought myself a lovely little Peugeot 107 from SR Motor Group, a few months has passed and the car is running really well, I am very pleased with it so far. I have a slight concern that I am having to top the oil up on a regular basis, every month with maybe an addition Liter every month, no oil patches under and around my car or any sign of a leak, I should speak to the team and see if they can help me get this fixed. The customer service has been so wonderful, all the staff are really friendly, welcoming and happy to help at every opportunity. SR Motor Group have a great online reputation and I can see why, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs a new or used car.

All is running very well with my new Nissan X Trail, I am booked in for servicing and MOT in the next couple days which might show a truer story however, the support up to now from SR Motor Group has been brilliant and I have faith if there are any issues, I will have help getting this resolved. I had a much older model X Trail previously, it was bullet proof! I knew what I was getting which was a large deciding factor why I went with an X Trail again. The team have been very helpful, ensured the car was clean, tidy and ready for me to collect, I am one very happy customer.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at SR Motor Group in Swindon! The car has been a delight with no issues or concerns, except for a minor sensor problem that required a visit to the garage. While it cost me £150, attempting to claim warranty didn't seem like it would be worth it for the sake of £150, I’ll save that for an engine malfunction or something major. This was a new experience for me, having previously owned a series of 5 Ford Fiestas; the change and upgrade are quite refreshing. Adapting to the size difference occasionally makes it feel like I'm driving a lorry, but overall, it's a positive adjustment. The customer service at SR Motor Group was exceptional, keeping me in the loop at every step. I have no complaints, a little feedback would be, the car wasn't MOT'd and ready to go, I had to wait 8/9 days to collect my new car, leading me to rate the experience a solid 9 out of 10.
