I bought a BMW 3 Series for my partner as he was desperate for a new car. I took him along to SR Motor Group in Swindon and we had a good look around. Everyone was polite and friendly and were really helpful. They let us take the BMW out for a test drive on our own so that we could have a good chat about the car and get a good feel for how it drives which we really appreciated. They made sure we were comfortable enough to ask any questions we needed but did not force anything on us. It was exactly how we wanted it to be really, no issues at all.

My Volkswagen Polo is a good little car, it is doing me good. Even after driving it for a while, I still look forward to going out in it and really enjoy driving it. It is better now than when I bought it! The sales team were really good when I bought the car and just went above and beyond for me. The battery died just after I bought it but they just got a replacement sorted straight away and even covered the cost! I got that 5 star treatment for sure!

They got me in for a test drive quite quickly which I was impressed by. It all went well on the test drive with my Vauxhall Corsa there was just a pressure warning light so the guys did all they could to get this resolved there and then for me. Unfortunately it does need to go into Vauxhall for this but they have agreed to cover the cost of this so I don't mind. Sam was quite good too, he looked after me well and sorted me out with everything I needed. They were all friendly and polite though to be fair and happy to help.

When I bought my BMW M4, the salesman was brilliant, he was happy to help with anything I needed. He gave me plenty of time to look around and make sure I was happy with the condition of the car. I decided not to take it for a test drive as I had already bought it online anyway so I figured the drive home would be the test drive. What was nice though was how they got it all cleaned and ready for me when I arrived. It was just spot on!

My Ford Transit Van is just perfect. It is nice to drive which is good as I drive it quite a lot. It is suitable for whatever I need and has been quite versatile. I found it online at first so I was speaking to the team over the phone but the customer service was still to a good standard. When I went to collect it, it was all perfect. Overall, it was a good experience.

The environment at SR Motor Group is very relaxed and laidback. I was given the time and space I needed to have a look around my Lexus RX and make sure I was happy with it. The sales team got me everything I needed at the time and did not try to push the sale or anything like that. The car is great too and is running really nicely so I am happy!

These guys are really lovely and friendly and really made me feel welcome the whole time I was there. They handed me the keys to the Land Rover Freelander that I had gone to look at and just let me have a good look around it without them breathing down my neck. They made sure I knew that they were there to answer any questions though so I felt very supported and not pushed into any decisions. The Freelander is great too, I am glad I decided to take it away.

My Mercedes-Benz E Class is all running fine and I am quite happy with it! The customer service at SR Motor Group was really good too. There isn't much more I can say really it was just good all round. No complaints from me.

It was my first time buying from a garage as I have always bought private but I must say it was a really positive experience. I was really pleased with the sales process and I liked that they left us alone with the car to do our own thorough checks. We were able to take it on a really long test drive too so we could be sure the car was in working order and was what we wanted. They were clear with us about everything and were upfront about the things they couldn't tell us due to them not having that information about the history of the car. It was an amazing sales experience!
