The dealer was really responsive, great communication, very polite and professional it was refreshing to buy a car from a genuine dealer and not be pushed into a sale, they really were brilliant, even more so given the current lockdown circumstances. I didn't have to search very far when I was on the hunt for a new car, I knew what I wanted and SR Motor Group was the first place I saw the car. I didnt look any further this car ticked all the boxes for me, the price was good and the car was advertised in top condition. I contacted them and through-out - I couldn't have asked for anything more from the dealer, they were ever so helpful. As a single women with very little knowledge of cars I felt respected and not once was I pressurised or pushed into a deal. They really looked after me and did exactly what they said they would. I absolutely love the Toyota Auris, its a beautiful car. The car itself is running smoothly, its efficient and economical, I'm using the car daily and even with the terrible weather, its not once struggled, its perfect and everything I hoped it would be. The dealer MOT'd and serviced the car before I collected and they even replaced both keys as one was slightly misshaped - I literally cannot pick a single fault, I'm blown away with the level of customer service and the quality of the car I purchased - I will highly recommend to others moving forward and certainly use again myself when ready for something new.

I bought a Ford Focus from this dealer, the car has been perfect since buying, no issues, its running nicely and lovely to drive, really happy with it. The dealership looked after me when I was buying, really helpful and friendly, and although times were very different they did what they could to ensure a smooth, quick and easy purchase. I collected the car from the showroom and it was sparkling clean, very tidy and ready on time meaning no waiting around at all, I would recommend to others.

I bought my Wife an Audi A1, we had never used the dealer before, and my Wife had found the car online and fell in love with it. We made contact with the dealer and they was very helpful and informative. We agreed to buy the car and the Wife absolutely loves it, she's made up. Very pleased with the over-all aftersales care and support from SR Motor Group. We purchased a Renault Zoe, and not long after we had some issues with the battery, we contacted SR and they have been ever so helpful throughout - as soon as they found the issue with it, they have ordered the part and sent to me to be fitted locally - I can't complain at all. After a very lengthy car search, I found a Volkswagen Touareg that was perfect for what we needed - we was looking for a decent towing vehicle, to tow our caravan. I found a BMX X3 for sale with this dealership, it looked exactly what I wanted and from how the car was described, it sounded perfect! I went to test drive the car and I found that the windscreen wipers could do with been replaced. By the time we finished the test drive, the wipers were off and they had been replaced within minutes of returning. Very very nice and helpful staff here, customer service was perfect from start to finish. The whole experience was smooth, quick and pleasant. The car was pristine when we collected, I couldn't have asked for anything more at all, I absolutely love the car, I'm over the moon with it.
