Wouldnt even bother with this company, tried buying a car of them but then searched the address which popped up with bad reviews and dodgy cars. Glad I looked on here to know they've switched names.. disgraceful

Bought a 2 year old 6000 miles Skoda Superb from SSM,as i drove home the lights started to come on like a Xmas tree,took it to skoda who said it had been badly repaired afrer a collision,the propshaft was so loose it could have fallen off at any time,it was full of second hand parts including doors & bonnet and some of the electrics were disconnected and unsafe.They considered a car with 6000 miles on the clock to dangerous to drive home or returned to SSM.
when i threatened them with trading standards they did agree to put £2000
towards putting it right but we have spent over double that and its still not right.We didnt dare take the car back because they wouldnt give our money back on delivery and knowing this lot we would have lost the car & the money.
DONT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING A CAR OR EVEN A BAG OF SWEETS FROM SSM

Purchased a car from this COWBOY outfit.long story short,
STAY AWAY. the car was not fit for the purpose, but it isn't over till the fat lady sings. Looks like they've set up again on ebay as Carvancentre, just searched the address and its the same. Looked dodgy as no photos showing reg of the van so thought I'd dig into it. Glad I did. Hope things get sorted for everyone they've ripped off.

I bought a car from these horrible people the engine light came on the day after a few days of driving I noticed many issues wrong with the car so I took the car back to get my refund I was given a refund receipt and I still have not yet received the refund I have now started the ball rolling to take legal action against this company with the reviews I don’t know how they can still be trading with all the bad reviews and court proceedings against them stay well away

Bought a car from this company. Clearly advertised as having 12 months MOT.
Found out there was no MOT. Mr Pastel has refused to contribute to the cost of getting the car through the MOT and has refused to issue a refund.
He has also refused to provide the log book.

Contact citizens advice. If it’s within 14 days you are entitled to a refund. I ended up getting refund from bank and they are pursuing it

I am also an unlucky purchaser from this garage. The vehicle caught fire whilst driving it after 24 hrs. The recovery people said the vehicle had catastrophic failure and was not fit for the road. I am now taking them to the cleaners for attempted manslaughter. They have to be brought to justice. The owner thinks he can get away with it. Think again.

Update on this. The police are now investigating this company for fraud. They are also very interested that the manager (Adam Patel) insisted that the money for this car was paid into his private bank account and not a business account, This is a company who are clearly prepared to put lives at risk and have no moral compass whatsoever. I hope that everyone on here (and autotrader) whoo have identified terrible practices all take matters through the courts so that Adam Patel is deemed unfit to operate a business and is prosecuted for his criminal behaviour.
Its noting as well that I wrote to Yell to highlight the practices of this company and Yell refused to publicise their conduct.

Bought a purple Range Rover in December 2019
Short version of story is car needed over 10k spending on it.
The warranty didn’t exist.
They refused to fix it.
Returned vehicle still trying to get my 10k back. In court now still of 16/11/20

Also taking them to court for fraud and selling a vehicle that was unsafe to be on the road. Perhaps people with complaints should join together and take collective action against this garage. Needs to be shut down before they sell a vehicle that kills someone.

100% scammer. Ripped off my 85 year old father £4,000 car never arrived. Now lying about refund since August. Every day a different lie.
Called me names by phone and text message.
I will take this all the way to court and bailiffs.
Disgusting human being.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE.

Bought a car from these guys 1 year ago, they said they would post me the spare key... it never came. I chased and chased and was told every time they would pay for it and send the money instead. It never came and after being robbed off for a year I decided to leave this review. Don’t trust them.
