Purchasing a car from this company was an extremely pleasant experience and worlds away from dealing with the large dealership I have acquired all of my previous cars from. Lorne was extremely kind and helpful. He left me to inspect the car at my leisure and I was allowed to test drive of the car for as long as I wished. There were no time constraints and absolutely no pressure to purchase. I am extremely pleased with my new car; it is exactly what I was looking for. Lorne took care of every aspect of the purchase in a friendly and professional manner. He was extremely kind throughout the transaction and even assisted me to find a route home as there was a major road closure at the time. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will definitely return to purchase my next car from them.

I found the dealership to be very friendly, professional and thorough with the process of purchasing a vehicle. I liked the fact that I was not pressured into a sale and was given plenty of time to browse, test drive and explore the range of vehicles on offer. Very pleasing service buying our ford focus vignale Graham made our experience very special no pressure ,let us drive the car where ever we wanted and we did this twice,gave us all the information about the vehicle and also told us that servicing &repairs can be carried out by them if we wanted them to, would recommend this garage for their sevice &professionalism to anyone. I traded in my car and was given a good price and no pressure was made on me buying a replacement. I did however buy another car from them and their sale conditions included a 3 month warranty. All members of staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and highly recommend St.Michaels for buying a car.

I purchased a very nice Honda Jazz two weeks ago and as it was an automatic I was a bit unsure about driving it being only used to manual drive before but I needn't have worried as Lorne took me out for a test drive and explained everything I asked about. It's the top of the range car with lots of gadgets I still don't understand fully yet but St Michaels say I can ask them any time if I'm still getting stuck on any point. They even filled the car right up with fuel for me and that's something you don't often get nowadays. This is the third or forth vehicle I have bought from this company and each one has been decent so I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
