My son bought a bmw from STA car sales and we told them he needed a good reliable car as his girlfriend is pregnant, they sold us a car with endless problems, oil leaks, water coolant leaks, cracked alloys, needed a new turbo as the oil wasn’t feeding it due to the oil leak, water coolant bottle cracked and no gaskets on anything just silicone sealant everywhere, and the problems just keep coming, so far my son has spent £2700 trying to fix everything as we can’t sell it with all these issues, he bought the car for £8000, as soon as the car started having problems we called Su to inform her and she refused to acknowledge any problems and slammed the phone down, we tried to show evidence of all these issues but she wouldn’t accept any responsibility and threatened us with solicitors as we spoke to trading standards, which is fine by us as we’re not lying about these problems with the car, she will obviously leave a defensive reply on here because that’s what she does, we have photographic evidence and invoices for all this work, do not buy a car from these rogue traders as soon as you drive off the forecourt it’s your problem and the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on and doesn’t cover anything.

SUE THE LADY CAR SALES OWNER ARRANGED FOR A SMALL SPLIT TO BE REPAIRED IN ONE OF THE LEATHER SEATS, AT NO EXTRA COST TO OUR AGREED PRICE. I FELT NO PRESSURE TO BUY AND WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RETURNING SHOULD ANOTHER CAR BE REQUIRED. Last week while parked in Shoreham I found that my battery was flat . I walked to STA Car Sales to ask them if they knew a garage who could help. STA Car Sales are nice to deal with, bought VW Golf and I'm very pleased with it. They gave a fair allowance towards it for my previous car. Hope to keep this car for a while but would not hesitate to use STA again. Cars well presented, got free AA membership which was a nice bonus.
