All of the important stuff was done over the phone or via email like the negotiations and the collecting of information about the car, so when it came to collecting it everyone knew what was going on, which was helpful with me living so far away. It was Martin I was dealing with over the phone but he was away when it came to collecting the Audi. Non the less, the handover still went smoothly.

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had an issue where I needed to get the MMI replaced, but this isn't a reflection of Stafford Audi. Luke has been amazing all the way through my experience, he even went out of his way to get the car from Brighton for us, which was really helpful. I thought he was very knowledgeable, and when I had the MMI issue he was brilliant at assisting me.

I had an Audi A6 for a long time, and although I decided to go for the smaller A4 this time, I couldn’t be happier. It’s newer, feels a lot better, and I’m really enjoying the drive. Everything has been great on my end, no issues at all!

I've had an Audi A1 and A4 in the past, and I also currently own a Q5, so it's safe to say I'm impressed with Audis. The whole experience went without a hitch from start to finish. The team was incredibly helpful and professional throughout.

So far I'm getting on fine with my Q5, although it’s mainly been on the drive due to a broken leg. I’ve still managed about 400 miles, and it’s a really nice car to drive. Luke was the salesman on the day and he was fantastic. I felt everything was explained, and I have no reservations about the service. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and I got the perfect car for me. Truly the best of the best!

Luke you were excellent! I felt all of my questions were answered, and it was nice to have a test drive of a similar car to my Q5 to get a feel for the size. Happy to give 5 stars because I didn't come across any issues.

Me and my wife love our new Audi Q5! - She drives an TT so everything is pretty similar other than size, which made it easy to get used to. I think Marcus looked after us on the day, and he was brilliant. He had a great, no pressure approach and I felt at any point I could walk away no questions asked.

From start to finish I've had no issues with how the team at Stafford Audi went about the sale. Even when I wasn't on site Martin was very attentive, good at responding to emails and answered all my questions. I've had Audi's in the past like an A3 and Q2's but it's my first time owning a Q7 model and it has been perfect for family life with the extra space. Very happy with the service I received.
