I picked up my first brand new Audi A1 black edition from Lee Smith at Stafford Audi, after previously purchasing two other Audi’s from another dealership. The quality of service was faultless from my initial enquiry right through to purchasing a new car. Lee & Ed who accommodated my purchase & part exchange making sure it was hassle free and an easy transition from reserving my new car to picking it up on Friday. They went above what was expected and even helped with my private plates so they were ready to go straight on my new car & set up my media for car play on collection. I even received a follow up curtesy call today to make sure I was happy with the car, which was unexpected. I will definitely return in the future for my services and the purchase of another car, fabulous customer service.

Brought a new car from the Stafford Audi branch, even though we are in a pandemic the team went above and beyond to support me in finding the prefect car and the best deal. Would highly recommend, and Adam was really helpful.
If I could put 0 stars I would, cannot believe this is the service I received from a company like Audi. From the get go the customer service has been appalling. The sales rep's communication was poor, saying things on calls but not replying to emails so I could get things in writing, not returning calls when he said he would and just overall manners. The process took 2/3 weeks. At one point I got so fed up I asked for my deposit back (the car was back up on their page but my deposit hadn't been returned). It wasn't until I spoke directly to the manager that my questions were answered and the sale went through. The sales rep had agreed to "throw in" small Audi accessories ie a keyring, air freshener, car bin, did they arrive? - No! Not to mention I was told the car came with Audi car mats, a car jack, a car care kit - were they present when the car arrived this morning? Nope. The number of times things had been verbally agreed to, yet not stuck to is shocking! I was so excited to get my Audi but definitely do not advise purchasing from this branch as they thoroughly ruined my experience! Some wear and tear on the car was expected as I bought a used car but I was told the leather tear internally would be repaired, the breaks/calipers were being replaced and the car would get a full valet. Please see pictures attached regarding the state of them. Driving up from London and Northampton to get to this branch, I was told "It's not that far, we have people coming from Scotland" like the difficulty we went through, during a global pandemic and lockdown restrictions wasn't a big deal. There were delays in collecting the car as it wasn't ready, I was told it would all be taken care of and delivered but still the car arrived in this state. Shocking customer care Stafford Audi.

OMG,audi Stafford the worst ever. I bought sq5 on December and loads of problems from 1st month. Anyway, when i purchase the car was a small scratch on the bumper and when I've been to a smart repair i found out there is a gap between deiver side headlamp and bonnet and from there the repairer said to take it back to dealer even if it's hpi clear it can be an unrecorded damage which i have done but when i arrived at audi Stafford apart of mr Josh Wilson which is an amazing service advisor man and mr Bret Corcoran sales man which omg, what a bad attitude after i asked to come to car ro show him the problem he was only saying "you have seen the car, you've been happy that it is, nothing we can do". Of course I've seen the car but i haven't start dismantle the car to check the gaps and hidden damages and faults and he just walk away and left me talking to myself, very very bad attitude. Anyway if they don't get in touch with me I'll take the matter to any organisation ombudsman, trading standards, quality check because it's not acceptable. Another point, whwn i bought it was missing the rear bumper trim, the driver card door was coming off and the 12v socket in the boot wasn't working and i have made a booking on 18th of March for 27th to have the problems sorted. I left the car on 27th in morning with them and afternoon time they called me to pick up the car but they only sorted the door card. Awful, what a disgusting brench
