My Audi has been straight on the road after agreeing to take it, I've already done a couple of long trips from Manchester to Scotland and everything on my end has been great. Thanks to Martin for all his help on the day, he made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

I wouldn't change anything about my car buying experience. The process went as you'd expect it, it was a quick turn around and everyone involved in the sale was outstanding. I've done a few runs in the car since driving away, and it's been perfect.

The overall customer service was a fabulous experience, and Leigh was fantastic. I couldn't ask for better service, to be honest. I was well informed, offered a test drive, and no one stepped a foot wrong. I'm happy to give them 5*! As for the car I'm getting on well with my A4 I've not come across any issues.

My Q3 is a super car and I'm really enjoying it! I’m still getting used to all the gadgets that come with a newer model, but it’s been a great experience so far and I'm sure I'll figure them out. I initially got a second-hand car from Stafford Audi for my son and was happy with the service, so I went back to look for another car for myself, and before I knew it, I had found the perfect one. The whole process was professional but very comfortable—just how I want to do business.

I love it my new car! I had an A3 a few years ago, but with 2 dogs, I had to trade it for a Golf with a bigger boot. Now I’m back to an Audi, and I’m very pleased with the decision. I’m slowly getting used to all the new features, but I’ve got the essentials like the radio and sat-nav down to a T. I can’t remember the salesman’s name, but he was excellent, I never felt pressured or put on the spot. What a great company.

I like to arrange test drives before I commit to the car so I booked this before heading down to the dealership and I was pleased to see that the car was ready to go and the team stuck to my allocated time. After a quick drive, I was more than pleased to go ahead with the car. Leigh took all of the stress away from me after I agreed to take the car, it was really smooth and the paperwork was handled quickly. I've now worked everything out on the car and I'm very impressed with it.
