What an amazing car! I was going to go to Mercedes to get a new car but this time round I felt they are to common and I feel like they all look the same. I had a look around at other makes and models and found a lovely high spec Audi RS3 with Stafford Audi. From the moment I called to enquire to the moment I drove away the team at Stafford were incredible, so very helpful, knowledgeable and never tried to pressure the sale. I'm so glad that I went to this dealership as I'm in love with my Audi RS3! Its above anything I've driven before, and the technology inside the car is still mind blowing. I am totally over the moon and can't thank the team enough for their assistance throughout.

I recently made the switch from a Mercedes-AMG C63 to an Audi RS Q8, the main reason was because I wanted a bigger car. I must say, the Audi RSQ8 has exceeded my expectations. The driving experience is incredibly smooth, and I'm pleased to hear that even the kids approve of the new car. The 2 cars are very very different but the RSQ8 is an unbelievable car to drive, (especially without the kids in the car). Throughout the sales process, Ricardo provided excellent assistance and support. He went above and beyond to help me get the matte black wrap sorted on the car, he ensured everything was taken care of, there was very little stress, no headache and barely anything left for me to do, Ricardo took care off everything from top to bottom.. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to go for the Audi RSQ8 and the level of service I received from Ricardo was faultless.

This has to be the best customer service I've ever received from a salesman, especially in a car dealership. Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment I contacted them to the moment I drove away in my new Audi Q5. The car is spot on, its a dream to drive, super happy with it!! I'm over the moon with my Q2, everything has been going perfectly since buying, it took a couple of days to get comfortable in it which is always the case with a new car, but I'm really happy with it now I've figured everything out. I was really pleased with Ricardo and how he dealt with me as a customer, he was very helpful, gave me no stress at all and took care of everything he could on my behalf, he made it very easy for me. I did travel quite a distance for the car and he helped me get to and from the dealership, he was highly accommodating in that sense. Nothing but top marks for Ricardo and Stafford Audi as a dealership!

I ad originally ordered my brand new Audi Q8 through a Manchester branch, and after weeks of been told the incorrect updates, and I was told they could do a quick turn around, I was finally told the car was stuck in Germany and would therefore be delayed a further few weeks. I was in need of a car and I couldn't wait that long, additionally, I didn't feel the service I received was satisfactory. I took back to online to search around and found another very similar Q8 with a high spec available at Stafford Audi, I called and spoke to Leigh, who was more helpful in a couple of minutes than the weeks I'd been dealing with the other branch. Leigh promised a quick turn around, and delivered on that! I was really impressed with how easy and straightforward the process was. The customer service was incomparable. I had a fault pretty much straight away on the car but Leigh got someone to come out and check it and they got it sorted there and then, there has been nothing since then. The Q8 is a beautiful car, very different to the RR Velar I had before and unexpectedly, bigger than the Velar, its awesome, I love it! I would 100% revisit this branch and I highly recommend giving them a call if you are after a new Audi, you won't get better customer service than here!

I am absolutely loving my Audi Q5 its really nice to drive, this is a hybrid and its the first time I've driven a hybrid, but I'm really pleased with it and how it handles, I've loved getting to know the car. Ricardo, the salesman, was absolutely excellent, he is a brilliant salesman and a great attitude, everything he did was spot on, he was fantastic! I will 100% be back to Stafford Audi when the time comes to upgrade or swap, but for now I'll thoroughly enjoy my new hybrid Q5!

Now I've dealt with Audi in Stafford, this is what I will be looking for when one of my cars is up for renewal. I've never dealt with Audi before, its always been BMW, Mercedes or Land Rover, however the customer service is absolutely fantastic, it was amazing from end to end, they went above and beyond for me. I ended up here as the car was for my daughter as her first car, she liked the look of the A1 and somebody recommend Stafford Audi, luckily upon the first search they had a couple in to choose from. I went down with every intention of buying her a used car, but when I got there, I saw the brand new one for a great price and thought, ah screw it... I want her to be safe so I may as well put her in something new and reliable and something she wont have to spend money on for a few years, its perfect for her. To say she is made up with the car would be an understatement, she is absolutely buzzing with it, its hard to get her out of it! I was looked after by Luke and the sales manager Ed, and although there was a slight delay with the car, both Luke and Ed were fantastic in updating me, they stayed in touch and made it a breeze to deal with them. The communication from the start was excellent, I've not had that in all my 40 years of buying cars, I've never been to a dealership like it and now I'm kicking myself I've waiting all these years to find the perfect car dealership. The fact I wasn't buying myself a car, I wasn't sure what to look for but Luke was just fantastic, he showed me all the options including the used and new, there was no pressure to buy a new one whatsoever from Luke. Luke has a very successful career ahead of him if he carries on, nothing was too much trouble he put my mind at ease straight away and communicated very well. I am definitely tempted to look at the RS6 after New Year... And if not the RS6, I know 100% I will be back here for a car at some point. I will recommend Stafford Audi to anybody, it is the only dealership I have felt like I've received top tier customer service, no matter what product I was buying. Thank you Luke, Ed and the team here, you have not only made my daughter very happy, but made me feel at ease knowing she is in a cracking car!

Running smoothly, the new Audi A5 has been a delight, matched only by the impeccable service. From start to finish, everything has been flawless, with no issues to report. The team was not just helpful and friendly but thorough, ensuring a seamless experience. A solid 5-star rating with no complaints—I couldn't ask for more. While I'd gladly use their service again, I plan to keep hold of this car for the next five years. That's how much I've fallen in love with it!
