Overall I was very impressed with the dealerships process to purchase a car remotely. Rhys was the gentleman who handled the sale and I found him to be really responsive when answering my questions, it all went quite smoothly. I've done a couple of long trips in the car since having it delivered, and I'm getting on great with it.

I found myself at Stafford Land Rover after having my old car nicked. I wanted something different from the Range Rover Sport i previously owed, so I went for the Defender and other than not being able to park it (not sure why I can't), it's been great for the small amount of time I have been driving it. It was a really good experience in the dealership and John did everything he could to make sure I left happy, which I did 😊

I've only recently been out in my new car but it's been good for the miles I have done. As for the customer service on the day everyone who I dealt with made sure everything went smoothly, and it was the perfect service.

This wasn't the first time I visited Stafford Land Rover, as I popped in a couple of times when I was in the market for the Land Rover Defender. Every time I visited, the team were fantastic and not one person tried to force a sale, even knowing how much I wanted a new car. When it came to going ahead with the car it was John who looked after me, and he was great! He was very polite and was happy to help. After driving away, I come back to give him a bottle of wine because of his great service.

Oliver was brilliant to deal with and I actually left him a good review before I left the dealership to show my gratitude. So this is more around the vehicle, as I've had plenty of time to take the car out on both long and short drives, which has proven the car reliability as it's still going well. From the service to the car, I'm happy with my experience.

I've had my car for a little while now and for the time being I'm really enjoying it. Daniel was very welcoming when I arrived at the dealership to view the Velar after I found it online. It was a good first impression, and I felt it made the sale go a lot smoother.

My Range Rover Evoque has been great and in fact I've got it scheduled in for a service with the team to keep it running smoothly. The car feels nice and safe to drive. Compared to my other cars I do tend to drive it a bit slower but it's really enjoyable. Mark, the salesman wasn't pushy at all. I can't fault him—he was friendly and gave me the space to look around the car but made me feel comfortable throughout the process.

We have already decided that we will be back in 2 years to get another Land Rover. This will already be our 4th Evoque, after owning our last one for 6 years which was too long looking back. We travelled a long way to visit Stafford Land Rover so we were in a bit of a hurry because of getting back but John was accommodating of this. I only had the pleasure of speaking with him for an hour but he was great. The car was quickly turned around and we were on our way home.
