I recently had the pleasure of visiting Stafford Land Rover, and I must say that my encounter with Amy was nothing but amazing. Despite being relatively new to sales, she showed confidence and professionalism, which left a lasting impression. We didn’t feel overpowered or pushed into a sale. Her approach was refreshing, allowing us to explore the cars at our own pace. Amy’s laid-back approach made us feel at ease. We shared laughs and jokes, creating a comfortable atmosphere. We was allowed to take the finance paperwork home overnight and have a good read through it before signing the agreement again, this did not put any pressure on us to rush into making a decision. It was also lovely to see her work colleagues genuinely supporting her; instead of competing, they worked together to ensure her success in her new role. I will be in the market for a new car soon, and the first place I will be heading is to see Amy to find out if she will offer me a good deal.

Since buying my car from this dealership in March, everything has been perfect. The car runs like a dream and has not let me down yet, so, so far, so good. The customer care was brilliant, and they kept me well informed about everything along the way. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Land Rover to give these guys a call. I am confident they will not let you down.

Considering that Amy was fairly new to the job role at Stafford Land Rover, I honestly cannot fault a single thing that she did for me, she was very polite, always got back to me when she said she would and never came across pushy at anytime during the sale. Keep up the good work Amy and i'm confident you will do well in your new role. 👍

I am taking the time to write this review to express my gratitude to Mark at the Land Rover Stafford Branch. Living in London and with my busy schedule, I was only able to collect my Defender on a bank holiday Monday. Despite this being Mark's day off work, Mark agreed to come in and handle the handover. His willingness to do this showed me that he has such a great work ethic. Mark did not stop there and even came to collect me from the train station. I cannot praise Mark enough for everything he did for me; he is a credit to the business and deserves a pay raise.

This is not the first car I have bought from Land Rover Stafford, and it certainly won't be the last. I don't think I could find it in my heart to go to another dealer because every time I have bought a car from Land Rover Stafford, the customer service and aftercare have been nothing short of brilliant. I'm thrilled to bits with my Range Rover Velar; it is such a comfortable car and so easy to drive. 

Stafford Land Rover were a pleasure to do business with. Everyone at the dealership are friendly and make you feel welcome. I'm very pleased with my Defender it is a lovely car and great to drive. I have no reason not to score John and Stafford Land Rover 5 out of 5, however if you don't give me a good deal on my next car I will be changing this to a 1. 😂

From making the initial inquiry to Stafford Land Rover to the handover, everything was hassle-free. Mark, the sales agent, was such a nice guy and he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything before driving away in my new Range Rover. I had a bad experience with another dealership, so it was a refreshing change to come here, and for everything to go so well.

Shawn, Aaron and John are the reasons I return to Stafford Land Rover year after year for my cars.. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! I have had Range Rover sports for the last 6/7 years and absolutely love the cars. I had an incident with Land Rover a little while back as my car was melted in one of their garages which caught fire and they wouldn't put their hand in their pockets to pay me out for a new car. Shawn was the main man looking after me on this occasion but I have dealt with Aaron and John as well over the years and they all treat me really well! I honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my cars thanks to their customer service and willingness to help if I am not completely satisfied with anything. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you Guys!

There were a few little niggles with my Land Rover when I first got it from Stafford Land Rover, it is how they dealt with them that impressed me the most and how apologetic and quick they were to get it back to fix when I let them know about it. The Land Rover is perfect now and drives like clockwork, I could not be happier with it. Thank you. 😉
