This is not the first car I have bought from Land Rover Stafford, and it certainly won't be the last. I don't think I could find it in my heart to go to another dealer because every time I have bought a car from Land Rover Stafford, the customer service and aftercare have been nothing short of brilliant. I'm thrilled to bits with my Range Rover Velar; it is such a comfortable car and so easy to drive. 

Stafford Land Rover were a pleasure to do business with. Everyone at the dealership are friendly and make you feel welcome. I'm very pleased with my Defender it is a lovely car and great to drive. I have no reason not to score John and Stafford Land Rover 5 out of 5, however if you don't give me a good deal on my next car I will be changing this to a 1. 😂

From making the initial inquiry to Stafford Land Rover to the handover, everything was hassle-free. Mark, the sales agent, was such a nice guy and he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything before driving away in my new Range Rover. I had a bad experience with another dealership, so it was a refreshing change to come here, and for everything to go so well.

Shawn, Aaron and John are the reasons I return to Stafford Land Rover year after year for my cars.. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! I have had Range Rover sports for the last 6/7 years and absolutely love the cars. I had an incident with Land Rover a little while back as my car was melted in one of their garages which caught fire and they wouldn't put their hand in their pockets to pay me out for a new car. Shawn was the main man looking after me on this occasion but I have dealt with Aaron and John as well over the years and they all treat me really well! I honestly couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my cars thanks to their customer service and willingness to help if I am not completely satisfied with anything. Absolutely brilliant service. There were a few little niggles with my Land Rover when I first got it from Stafford Land Rover, it is how they dealt with them that impressed me the most and how apologetic and quick they were to get it back to fix when I let them know about it. The Land Rover is perfect now and drives like clockwork, I could not be happier with it. Thank you. 😉

This is my 3rd ever Range Rover and my first time dealing with Stafford Land Rover, I live down in Southampton so Stafford is massively out the way for me. I must say however, out of all the dealerships I have dealt with John and the team at Stafford Land Rover are without a doubt the most helpful and best dealership I have dealt with, I was promised a lot of call backs and information from elsewhere and never heard anything unless I chased. John set realistic expectations and met every single one of them, called me back when he said he would and the customer service generally was just really good and attentive, I felt comfortable spending money with these guys. Even if Stafford seems a little out the way, I would recommend making the extra effort to deal with Stafford Land Rover, you will not be disappointed!

I recently treated the wife to a new Land Rover to replace the Discovery Sport she had which was becoming a little outdated. She is made up and very much used to the change by now, Taggy made us both feel very at home, we didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision which is always very nice. We are just waiting to get an appointment for the side steps to be fitted but I think the main issue comes down to stock availability. Once this is sorted, everything with be tickety-boo.

Mark was a pleasure to deal with, what I liked about Mark the most was that he was not the pushy salesman type! I'm over the moon with my Range Rover which I bought from this dealership, it is an amazing car and it drives like a dream. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I would happily shop here again when i'm looking to upgrade my vehicle.

I've been buying cars from Stafford Land Rover for a long time and I have always had a positive experience. John the salesperson is very friendly and knowledgeable, he knows what I like and he always finds the best car for me, he is also very honest and fair and he makes me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. The last car I bought from him was a Land Rover Discovery Sport. It is a beautiful car, drives very well and It has a lot of space and features that makes it perfect for my family and my lifestyle. I took it for a test drive and I was impressed by how smooth and powerful it was. I would like to thank John and Stafford Land Rover for their outstanding customer service and aftercare, they never fail to impress me. I have been a loyal customer of Stafford Land Rover and bought a few cars from them in the past and I've always found the service to be first class. I recently bought a Range Rover Sport from them and it is absolutely brilliant, it has all the features I wanted and drives lovely. The salesman was magnificent he was a great help and someone you could have good banter with. He gave me a good tour round the car and he explained everything in fine detail to me without using jargon, I appreciate his professionalism and honesty.
