i phoned the company about a car they said they would try and get me finance the bloke on the phone said if I don't get finance either way I would get my deposit back I didn't get nothing back they took my 100 and never refunded me I'm decusted the way I was treated don't bother with this company

This dealer is known to rip people off. Practically impossible to get your money back. If you paid by visa or master card you can claim back through them.They are very bad dealers. I was lucky to get my money back after 6 months
My initial thoughts as I pulled up at Nicks HOUSE were that something is iffy about this. I just wish that I had trusted my instincts, but Nick has a very friendly and disarming demeanour about him. I am over £2,500 out of pocket and the car will probably be sold as scrap. The "companies" name leaves a lot to be desired! I`ve listed below the problems that I`ve had with the car I bought some are trivial I admit and It`s problem my own fault for not noticing but as for the head gasket I find it very hard to believe that Nick did not know about this when he sold the car as it went within the first few days of me driving away in it!! *car wasn`t valeted as promised. *rear window screen didn`t work *CD player and radio did not work *windscreen washers didn`t work at all (so I don`t know how the car passed an MOT) *The head gasket went on the car within the first few days of buying *Exhaust went not long after the head gasket
His knowledge was a 5, nice bloke. Got a 3 month warranty, had a few issues that we re not a problem to have sorted, nothing was too much trouble. What made me happy about Star Prestige Cars over in Warrington was just the way he was, really polite, any issues he gave me money or sorted them out with. Helped my step dad out at the same because he was looking too, really good. Kept in contact after the sale to check it was all ok. My car was a Ford Fiesta
