ravelled far to view a car at GM motoring world which looked just what we were after. We ran an hpi check and all clear and booked and paid deposit fee a few days before to test drive We spoke on the phone and called up to say we were 2 hours away. 1st red flag car not ready, rubbish in the side pockets of car and few bumps and broken mirror housing. The car drove well and we placed a deposit. We forgot to access the service history on the I-drive which we should have done there and then in person. But we're told full history - when we asked for photos of it they refused to send then made an excuse. We did a HPI check after paying a £1000 deposit for car it then had finance on it, which was taken out the day before we got there. Eventually told the previous owner of the car had got the car on finance.... Warranty cover rates where also questionable.. when we actually checked the same third party warranty company details it was actually less to do it through them than what we originally were quoted by GM motoring. Wouldn't recommend and unfortunately a wasted few weeks of stress. Thankfully we very closely escaped this as if you dig deeper on the internet for reviews there seems lots of people have had negative experiences here. Not all is what it seems here unfortunately.
Today we travelled 138 miles to get a car that was in advertised falsely. We spoke to the dealer on the phone about the car and the dealership said was the car had services history we travelled 138 miles to get this car to know that the car did not have a service history so the information the salesman gave us was not correct. We had to come back 138 miles without a car and to wasted our time. Please avoid going to the dealership.
Nice people to deal with. No issues. Hassle free sale.

Saw a car online & agreed to £100 deposit to secure. £250 was taken without authorisation & upon not being able to proceed, was told that they will not return my deposit. Even though I have never been to their premises or seen the car. Dealt with Reece & am still waiting for a call From the director. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Paid £11250 for a car , nothing but trouble. He let me have some old Focus which we called the bone shaker as he had my car for a month.Told me it was being fixed as the electrics were shot and turned out in was in Luton , went to see it and it was scratched and covered in dust. When I got it back I spent over £2000 fixing it. I now have a fantastic car but ended up paying the 2k myself. The staff just washed there hands and kept saying use the warranty we I’d just picked the car up. Now the Warranty not worth the paper it’s written on. So Avoid !!!!
Advertised as immaculate however upon arrival we realised the car was nowhere near immaculate. Other than the things noticeable to the human eye which we pointed out, everything else seemed okay/average, however after taking the car away we noticed many other things. We returned the car for them to do the MOT and point out all the other problems we found, they then appeared to fix the issues, however we decided to take the car to a main dealership and found out they had passed the MOT even though both suspension arms had split rubber seals which is an instant fail, and worse still is that the brake pads they had replaced had not been fitted correctly which created a squeaking sound which we had just put down to bearings needing replaced. At one point my wife was driving on the motorway and some of the panels became loose and started flapping in the wind! Luckily for her I had left some tape in the car which once she managed to find a safe place to pull over, stuck them down until she got home. If you want to live never ever purchase a car from here, they are a bunch of charlatans, and do not care for your safety, they only want to rip you off for as much as they can get. Please avoid Stations Garage at all costs.
