Jason Draper group body shop manager for Bmw Stephen James Enfield is a liar and very unprofessional. My car was under their duty of care in which they damaged it twice. My EML came on upon collecting my car two miles down the road. An oxygen sensor issue which is in warranty should’ve been changed and replaced with new parts and handed back to myself with no qualms. Please see attached how Enfield Stephen James lie to customers multiple times. doesn’t do a job covered under warranty that covers them and yourself for costs. Bmw Stephen James Enfield doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve read a lot of poor reviews exasperating like poor customer service etc. I actually left a recording device in my car the second time round and I am not surprised or dismayed to hear technicians bad mouthing customers, deciding themselves that they are simply not going to do the job. They couldn’t even be bothered to provide me with a vehicle inspection check on the engine management light issue.

I was called for the second time for an egr replacement. On the both times i go from there with my car broken and a massive leak..first time they accept to repair it but second time they refuse in a very rude way. I can never recommend this service even if you have to give the car to the scrap

Avoid!! I thought Stephen James BMW Woolwich was bad, this is just as bad if not worse. Came to collect my car and was told so wait ‘Danny’ will be with me, ‘Danny’ saw me and stood there chatting to his colleagues for a good 20 minutes as if I wasn’t even there before finally calling me over. Terrible mannerism and no courtesy for leaving me waiting whilst he was ‘busy’ chatting away to his colleagues. When he was finally bothered to serve me walked me out to the front and said your car is in the corner there, then it got worse as there was 2 cars parked so close on either side making it almost impossible to get in. Considering I travelled an hour to avoid the terrible Woolwich branch, I wouldn’t return to either ever again having the choice. If I had to return out of no choice to myself I will only deal with Tim, who I spoke to for 5mins was professional and courteous. Something I guess the other staff members think is not necessary
Under no circumstance use Stephen James BMW in Enfield! Incredibly rude and incompetent staff and managers are no better. Wanted to get a quote for some body work, called and arranged a time. Went in and photos were taken and told I would get a quote by email. Waited about a month but still no quote. Went again, told the photos had been lost. Photos were retaken and assured I would get a quote. Two weeks later still no quote! Emailed BMW centrally and received a call. Initially missed the call so rang back and was told no one was available but message taken and promised someone would call me back. Waited 24 hours but no one rang back so then I rang them. Spoke to a manager who said yes we lost the photos twice and promises were made and broken but these things happen. If you want good BMW service, consider going elsewhere! Don't waste your time and money
