No parking the place is like a giant car park and if you do decide to let them have your car don't bother trying to phone Stephen James BMW Ruxley the customer service is awful.
Very reluctantly leaving a 2 star review for Stephen James BMW , however after receiving poor customer service from the outset of my purchase and then followed by a sequence of events I feel this is warranted and for potential buyers to be aware of the potential lack of service. I purchased a 7 series BMW 740d back in August for just over 47k and I was dealt with by a senior sales executive from start to finish. I arranged a collection date and a time for collection. Prior to arriving I messaged the sale exec and confirmed that the vehicle would be ready when I arrived later than morning and that it would have a tank of fuel as part of the agreement. Upon arriving I was left waiting at the sales executives desk for around 25-30mins while the vehicle was taken to be fuelled, while I just sat around wondering where he had gone. Upon returning we went through the paperwork and although I had already left a £500 deposit, I was then charged for the full amount of the vehicle on my debit card. This was then refunded a few days later when the sales exec realised this. After all the paperwork was signed I was then kept waiting a further 15mins informing me that the car was being valeted. So after a total of around 1hr15mins I was finally given the keys for the car. After inspecting it i noticed that one of the headlamps has a spiders web woven inside it and reflected when the headlight was on making it appear that it was scratched. No big deal, the car was under warranty and so it could be booked in at a later date at my local dealer to sort out. The following day I realised that the center console tablet was missing as was the display key that should have come with the car. I contacted the sales exec and had to chase this up several times before I was taken seriously, and I was advised on more than one occasion that those items were not included as part of the sale and did not come with the vehicle. Having persisted this was eventually and this was looked into. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the display key worth some several hundred pounds was posted out by 1st class mail in a padded envelop with no tracking or proof of delivery. Fortunately it was received. A week or so later I arranged for the tablet to be collected as I simply did not trust them to post it out. The original invoice I was given was incorrect as it included ancillary charges that were not agreed, although I was not charged for these. For my accounts I required an invoice showing the correct amounts and requested this from the sales exec. 3 emails later and still no invoice from him or the accounts department. All in all a very poor experience and Stephen James Ruxley BMW is a company that I will not be buying from again or recommending.

Just stay away, excluding Alex the poor girl and trainee sales person, amongst a bunch of liars!!!
Worst car dealership I have ever experienced. Aftersales is absolutely shocking !!!!! DO NOT VISIT NOR BUY from this particular BMW garage !!! I have had several BMWs from other BMW garages and have never experienced an issue until I traded with Stephen James Ruxley BMW.

Dealt with Dave Shivshankar and Matt Johnson who were both very professional, polite and efficient, providing the service level I expect from a BMW dealership. Used car had some scratches on the alloys which Dave assured would be put right prior to collection three days after the initial viewing and test drive. He was good to his word and the car looked great when I arrived to collect it. Collected from Sidcup station by Matt (Dave on leave) who was very accommodating when I was coming earlier than planned. Reception were very polite and efficient passing on my message to Matt who got back to me very quickly. Hand-over was clear and helpful. All in all, very happy with the service and the car.

I bought a BMW from this dealership and everything has been good. Great service and the car is brilliant! no problems with it up to now and I have had the car since May. The car was really good value for money and I would recommend this dealership.

Went to Stephen James on Saturday to look at a car seen on the internet. Nice car albeit a dent on front bumper. Took it for a test drive and liked the car. Was told by the salesman that he would contact us regarding a price for part ex of our vehicle. Salesman was very vague, something didn't seem quite right, we thought perhaps they already had a buyer for the car. However no-one got back to us. Went in again the following day, another salesman spoke to us. He confirmed the car was for sale and said he would speak to the sales manager and get back to us as the sales manager wasn't there. Two days later no-one has contacted us. Diabolical customer service and they obviously aren't interested in selling cars!
