Retained some funds pending me sending log book for p/ex vehicle. Log book duly sent and was delivered 10 July via recorded delivery - I have yet to receive the funds they owe me - poor poor service

I used to have a Toyota which I bought from Steven Eagell Toyota Aylesbury. Unfortunately it got stolen. I went to look for a new one and my experience was as really bad. I my self is an Asian. They got lot of pushing asian agents. Very arrogant rude people. It’s sad to see this in Steven Eagell Experience is very different in the other branches.

Went in to Steven Eagell Toyota Aylesbury on a Saturday afternoon. Had a look at a new Corolla. The salesman told me of the “special” deal they had. Cost price plus £100. Ok. Sounds good. But the salesman was beating about the bush when I asked him what the cost was. He looked at my car to give me a part ex valuation. He still did not tell me the cost of the new car. He asked me if I would be prepared to sign up that day. I told him “ Not without speaking to my wife.” He asked if I could come back with her. I told him “ If I don’t know what the price was I would not be coming back with anyone.” Nearly an hour after walking into the place the salesman could still not tell me the price and he fetched his sales manager who was pushy to say the least. This manager had the front to say that the price of the car was irrelevant. I’ve never heard anything quite so moronic. Anyway, I left. I phoned Toyota the following Monday I told them the saga. They said they would speak to Steven Eagell. I had a call from them that evening. The caller told me his name and asked me to tell him what had happened. After telling him the saga he came out some more cretinous replies. I asked him his name again which he repeated. What happened next was quite frankly the biggest joke of all. He actually pretended to be someone else. His rather distinct accent was not conducive of someone with the surname he gave me. I actually went back into the dealership the next day and spoke to the person who he said he was. Guess what? He new nothing about the call he was alleged to have made. The previous caller was guilty of blatant lies and deceit. Basically I would not even expect this indefensible behaviour from a back street car dealer let alone a Toyota dealership.

From the moment we stepped inside the Aylesbury branch we got a warm welcome from Saj. We sat down with a warm drink and he found out what our requirements were and got a car ready for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable of the workings of the car as we had never driven a hybrid before. After some negotiations on price we purchased a brand new car. Saj kept us informed of progress all along even when car was delayed. On pickup day Saj was supposed to be on vacation but came in especially to do the handover - what a star. Highly recommend Steven Eagell Toyota Aylesbury and Saj!

I am very satisfied their service and treat me as a V. I.P. that I am very comfortable every time I visit. In Japan customer service is most important and customer satisfaction is a first priority. As I am Japanese I felt that their service is a very high quality and stand that I felt like in Japan. Hope to carry on to give best possible high standard service to everyone who visit at Steven Eagell Toyota.
