I changed to having my Toyota GT86 serviced here and have always been very pleased. Gary in Sales then showed me a Corolla and loaned it for an hours test drive which convinced me it was time to change to hybrid technology. Gary gave great support all the way through the trade in process and even consoled me after he had prised my GT86 keys out of my hand. A nice fella and company to deal with. I shall be continuing to use them for my servicing.

During my MOT test on 10.11.2020 I was informed the 2 rear tyres required replacing. I was bewildered as I acquired the car less than 12 months and other than one trip to London, travel under 14 miles 4 days per week to work, a fact I shared with the member of staff. They were insistent that the tyres required changing as they were 3.5 mm thread, changed to 2.5mm when discussing with the manager, and 4mm(apparently this would have to be replaced in a couple of months). When I requested the manager to leave the original tyres on the car, I was informed that the tyres were replaced and they would not be able to put the old tyres on, although the car was still on the shop floor. Furthermore, Toyota policy is for tyres to be 3mm and above, so therefore to put the old tyres back on would hinder the completion of my MOT. When I acquired the car, 2017 registration, I had to have the 2 front tyres replaces due to pressure issues, thus my incomprehension as to why they did not detect the rear tyres needed or will require replacing under 12 months. I had to pay £124 ex VAT, my discounted price, excluding MOT. The legal accepted tyre thread is 1.6mm, confirmed by West Midlands police. I am disappointed and annoyed at the back street tactics used by a reputable company. I have acquired a number of cars from Toyota and recommend customers, albeit not from Bromsgrove. Due to the relocation of one member of the sales team in the car department I chose to use this site. The car sales personnel are a credit to the company, however beware of the service section and the unprofessional practices when undertaking MOT. I will be contacting Trading Standards and Rip off Britain to inform them of the unprofessional and misinformed experience, which pressured me to change the tyres under the misconception that I was on the verge of breaking the law. This I feel was done to achieve some agenda other than my best interest.

We purchased a used vehicle before Christmas. On delivery the vehicle still had scratches/dirty. It came without a service record, user manual and had to pay road tax on delivery(which we weren't made aware of). Since then, we have had a leak in the boot/light casing and dodgy air con. We have contacted the dealership many times, they will not get back to you. Poor customer service

Bought second hand car had some issues sent emails never got a reply repeatedly fobbed off on phone never called me back when when left a message took them 6 months to tell me that the spare wheel that was missing from boot doesn't actually come with the model I purchased. Terrible service avoid this dealer
