I dealt with Max at Motorline Toyota Bromsgrove, From the get-go he was polite, knowledgeable and able to help. I am a disabled person, and a woman requiring a Toyota Hilux for business and although he was more used to dealing with private sales he could not of been more helpful. He could see I was struggling day one so I asked if he could hold the vehicle over Christmas which he did, I had a test drive and I was sold. He sorted out all the hoops I had to jump through with my insurance company and when I finally got the Hilux I couldn't be happier and he was so pleased for me. Other dealers of vehicles like this should take note, I was over-looked and dismissed by Nissan and Mitsubishi, So thank you Max.

we came to Bromsgrove Toyota , having been to several other garages to buy a new car , Max was our sales consultant and was extremely helpful, in doing a fact find of what i was really looking for and my needs , we agreed that it was the Rav4 which suited my requirements and price range , we discussed a new model , however there was a Demo car on the forecourt which had loads of extras already on the vehicle, again within our budget, Max arranged a test drive for me and also organised the financial package , and we discussed the add on benefits which i wanted to take up, I collected the car later that week , the car had been serviced, cleaned and valeted, Max even helped me with the online road tax , I am extremely happy with my purchase, and the excellent customer service i received, and would recommend Max and this garage to anybody, my husband is now considering changing his car to a new Prius.

Absolutely brilliant dropped car with Toyota Bromsgrove at 7 because I had work at 8:30 they had courtesy car ready and I was off .phones me half way through the day about some minor things they sorted pretty cheap .pickup car after work no waiting these people will get u back on the road as soon as they can and will not try and blag u into paying massive bills they are professional from start to finish.

Nathan at Motorline Bromsgrove was a very committed, enthusiastic and caring sales person. His love of the job and knowledge of cars was very evident. He spent time explaining the paper work and more importantly ensured that as an elderly driver with a new hybrid car that I understood the car and how to drive it. Nathan had a sense of humour and was a good communicator.
