We have just bought our 4th Yaris from Toyota Bromsgrove. Our requirements were met with a comprehensive offer. The paperwork was as taxing for Max as it was for us but patience was rewarded and driving away in our ideal motor was well worth the effort. What an achievement, at 82 years of age I have bought my first car! Having been recently widowed I needed to take a big jump and make all the decisions myself. I visited other dealerships and was determined to not be pushed into a choice. I visited Motorline Toyota Bromsgrove after being advised that an Aygo could be a suitable model for my needs. I made an appointment with Joel Fullwood and was welcomed by a charming young man who knew that I wanted to be slow in making any decision. His comment was that he hoped I would like to return to choose a car! However I had looked at the Aygo online and had fallen in love with the MagentaFizz colour choice! Joel took me on the road in the demonstration automic model. He assured me that I would easily adapt from 50 years in manual vehicles. On our return to the showroom Joel explained all possible offers from ex-dem to second hand and assured me that I could take away the information for consideration, but I also asked him to supply details of the new model. After a great deal of thought, and another coffee, I decided to treat myself to the new model! I have been looked after by Joel above and beyond my expectations with phone calls and explanations, he drove to my home to sign paperwork and collected me on the first March. My treatment by Joel and the manager was above first class. They shared my delight with lovely flowers from Joel and my issho and presentation box for the keys. A long review but I am so pleased with the care and attention received from a competent and enthusiastic young man. I wish you well Joel and thank you!!!
