Absolutely shocking aftercare. Lost Wheel nut adaptor and Service not complete, to be fobbed off and lied too. 6 weeks of chasing to get no-where until we got Toyota UK involved. Received a hire car whist they eventually serviced and repaired the purchased car, only to find the hire car didn't have any screen wash!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and always friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to help/advise. The car always come back clean and I never have to wait for long for a job to done

Good communication throughout the whole process (phone, email) and good follow up afterwards especially with current restrictions in place. Personal video tour of the car, part exchange current car, MOT&Service and chocolate included. Martin made the whole process a good experience.

I was looking to upgrade my medium size car and came across a Yaris model. I met a sales person called Martin Sears. He managed to get me a very good trade in price for my car. The Salesman explained in detail every detail of the new car, also the supporting packages. I have now had the car for one day and am very happy with it.
