Everything went smoothly on making the deal in the first instance. The rest of the experience went from bad to worse when the few things that were agreed as part of the sale were completely reneged on. It took three weeks to thrash everything out and resolve the issues due to a string of contradicting excuses. Treat your customers with a greater degree of courtesy & respect rather than an opportunity to cut corners and increase your commission after making the big promises - car great ... shame the quality of sales was akin to a dodgy second hand geezer. Remember you trade as a dealership which suggests a certain standard? I'll avoid the stress next time and go somewhere where I feel valued on parting with a sizeable amount of cash.

Not a great experience over the years, pragmatic attitude unless your buying a brand new car, overpriced servicing with some of the items skipped or unchecked, overpriced and massively marked up prices quoted, got work done at smaller local garages at a third of the price, wont be using again or buying a new car from Westlands Toyota, shame as I do like that make of car.
