I bought car from Milton Keynes Toyota they sold with dent now I waiting my car fix from March just lying all the time.even they sold me car with wrong mileage6000 miles extra then they give in order form .very disappointed never ever buying car from them again in my life ..
Toyota Milton Keynes branch- I purchased a car at the beginning of April, nothing fancy but with 4 children and 2 with additional needs and disabilities I wanted a trustworthy dealership and a reliable car for their appointments. I had the car delivered a week later, after it went through an extensive Mot and Service.Two days after owning it the Automatic CVT gearbox started making loud noises and vibrating. Called the dealership and asked them to come and get it. They reluctantly agreed and collected the vehicle. What has then followed can only be described as an absolute appalling lack of customer service. Initially they told me I would have the car back soon. After calling repeatedly, Brian the sales person tells me the gearbox is beyond repair and the cost of repairing out weighs the value of the car. So they had basically sold me a car that was not even roadworthy and potentially dangerous. I immediately ask for a full refund and then spend the next two days chasing for that. Finally I’m put through to a man called Raja who explains they could offer me another vehicle . I explain my tight budget, my need for an automatic etc . They offer me two options both way out of my price range. By this time it’s two weeks since I paid a deposit for the original car. At no point was a courtesy car offered, they had my deposit, a finance agreement for the car and they had the car and I have been left for nearly over a month without a thing or the ability not buy another. I have called and called chasing my deposit back and still no deposit. I asked them to reimburse me the cost of the initial insurance payment, I paid to insure the car and the cancellation cost as I now don’t have the car through no fault of my own. They have refused to reimburse the cost. Disgusted is the only word that can sum up my experience of Toyota Milton Keynes. The general manager Ish Hussain didn’t even grace me with his presence or even single a phone call to apologise or talk to me! Basically you get the best service in the world here, until something goes wrong. Money makers who do not care about the customer !

Customer services was fantastic. Nothing was to much trouble for Nathan who went out of his way in assisting us on our purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and had a very approachable mannerism with how he dealt with us. I would highly recommend buying from Steven Eagell Milton Keynes and in particular from their Sales Executive Nathan.

Our experience of purchasing a car from the Toyota Milton Keynes dealership has been friendly, approachable and informative. From the sales forecourt to completion, we would like to convey our thanks to Sohrab who was patient and caring in showing us the features of the RAV4h. The negotiations were conducted in a highly professional manner without being over-bearing, we appreciated that. We picked the car up on Sunday and although disappointed, it didn't have some of the features we thought it might have, are very pleased with the smooth and economic driving. Overall we would highly recommend Steven Eagell to our friends and colleagues for their future purchase.

Put down a deposit for a car went to get the car and didn’t agree on the part Ex value (As their part-ex values are even lower than webuyanycar- lower almost by 20%)... However I was promised my £250 deposit back within 5 days which has not appeared back on the card till today being the 7th day. Just phoned them and the person I spoke to said it will take another 5-7 days!! Also the customer service rep on the other end of the phone was extremely rude! Dealt with Toyota for over 10 years now but this is the WORST dealership ever come across!

Everything was grand, they tried to knock me down on the agreed part ex price but they're always going to try and make as much profit as they car being a car dealership, the car I've bought is great so no complaints there.
